Not a huge deal, but as the title suggests, buy.com has the gold Fable III controller for $33.99. Not the best looking thing but hey, it's a controller...

Thanks, I picked up one of these as well as their black wireless controllers which are $20.00 off ($29.99).

This is dangerously close to what I would pay for a Fable controller. Does anyone think it will keep going lower?

This. Why have any new controller without the new dpad? It's not like it was released after. I would have bought it with Fable III but no new dpad no sale. I'd buy this for $20 tops without the new dpad. I won't use any other controller but my silver one now.

New dpad FTW, this thing looks hideous. Great price if you're in need of a simple spare controller, though. Good find, OP.

amazon has it for the same price, theyalso have the game fable 3 for the same price as the newegg sale ($28.06)

I really like how it looks. I think at $34 I'm ready to buy. If it drops down crazy, like $25... well I'll buy another.
