My friend bought the regular edition and said it was pretty bad, but if you've been waiting for the collector's edition, it's starting to drop.

(based on the original 129 price)

the designers thought the lightcycle itself was worth $60? Cause all else that I see was a $10 movie certificate and the game itself.

Thus begins the inevitable price drop of this CE. I'll bite at $40 or below.

What about the box!? That box has got to be worth at least $20!

I hate when people say things like "This will be $20 eventually" (not shit, genius) but if ever there was a CE candidate for a real deep discount, this would be it. Mediocrely reviewed game plus not much else in the CE = $19.99 at TRU sooner rather than later.

Did anyone pay the MSRP for this? The only LE I'm even considering a pricetag like that for is the UE of Mortal Kombat, and that's because it's actually limited, and I'm in love with that fightstick.

Plus, I'm an MK fan.

If only it wasn't a game with such terrible gameplay...

I agree, although I think it probably won't hit $20 given the fact that most brick and mortar stores actually didn't stock this CE. In fact, if TRU did have any copies in-store, they are long since gone, at least at the five stores local to me. I think the usual on-line vendors (Amazon, New Egg, Gamestop.com, TRU.com, etc...) are about the only places this will be available once it hits the $40 or under mark.

I will wait for Target to open up the box of these they have hidden in the back of each store, which they forgot about and never put on display, only to put them out at instant clearance to get rid of them.
