I've had that happen before too.

I'm not exactly sure why this is but Amazon can remove items from your picks. I've had 4 games there before and a 5th being Uncharted 3. I checked back a few hours later and it was gone.

I've also had times when I've had the same two games in my quick picks for 3 straight days. So its an imperfect system to say the least.

Weird, why is the google gold box extension erroring out? First time I've seen that...

Yeah same here with DA2. I almost bought it but then I remembered I have not played any of the DLC for Dragon Age so I am going to wait for a deal on the Ultimate Edition first for the first one.

I skipped DA:O entirely and I still loved DA2. Never felt lost or like I was missing anything. Great RPG.

It was an ok game, pretty disappointing for a Bioware game though. The AAA top notch quality is just not there like it normally is, but then again the rumor is they made the game in 8 months.

Had some Amazon credit left over so picked up deBlob2. The "Select Deal" button isn't working in Firefox 4.0 for me though, so I had to use IE8. If YDKJ is $20 i'm definitely gonna pick it up, possibly some other games if they go on sale at $20 as well.

This is pretty much accurate. DA:O was one of my favorite games this gen and having just finished DAII, it is definitely a good game but there are so many areas in which it's painfully obvious it was rushed out the door. That said, it's still a BioWare game, and even a substandard effort by them is better than 95% of the stuff on the market, and that's true here as well.

I called Amazon and they gave me a partial refund on DAII. Love them!

The first game on the Wii was something I thought I'd like, but didn't. Awesome that the sequel hit the current gen systems too...no brainer to buy it there, except I'm either renting first or not paying over $10, since IMO the first one was pretty bad, even if it did have some good ideas.

But it looks like the DS one is a totally different game, and 2D to boot. The IGN review makes it sound pretty fun, with the only complaint that it's easy...which for me is a big positive, so I feel okay about this

Think there's any chance Bulletstorm would be $30 or so? And is the limited edition the only version of the game still, or have they started putting out regular editions yet?

If Bulletstorm and Dead Space 2 are cheap enough, I'll buy both. If they're both $40 or more, I'll probably pass. Fingers crossed!

That one where it says "Give boring shooters the boot" is 99% likely that it's Bulletstorm and it's not crazy to expect it at 30 since it's a month old now, though I think 40 is more likely.

In for "You Don't Know Jack" if its $20 or less.

Pretty good set of games. I've already got DA2, Dead Space 2, and NFS, but I may be in for Bulletstorm if it's cheaper than $40.

you know I was contemplating getting this, but then agin I haven't played the 1st one, and I"m waiting for another 19.95 Flash Deal from EA Ulimate Edition. And that came with all the DLC and stuff right?

That being said I was going to buy the Signature Edition on EBAY, but yea this might come out w/ a Ultimate Edition too! I wonder then if all the signature edition DLC would be on it then.

And does anyone know when the unlocked DA2 DLC items expire? (Like Dragon Age Journey's DA did June 2010)

You can get all every single DLC content for DAII by talking with EA customer service. I sold 3 copies of the Signature Edition and the pre-order DLC I got from Amazon on eBay to people who have no clue. Only thing you're getting at that point is the holo cover and the text on it that says Signature Edition.

Buy the game for $40, contact EA for all the codes, then sell it once you beat the game. I have my TIV locked in at Amazon for $38, but this DotD tanked it to $27 so that kinda sucks.
