Went ahead and did the June quiz, seemed to be a few more Qs than usual.

Junes Rewards
20 - quiz
100 - 1st time MP purchase
200 - first XBL gold membership or renew
100 - netflix
100 - refer a friend

Seems to be catering to new users. Dissapointed there is no % back from marketplace content, guess I'll hold off those purchases for another month. At least the refer a friend is an easy 100 pts.

I still don't have my 400 points from the Defiant map pack, should I be worried at this point?

No... still missing mine as well and I sent them an email last month and was basically told it would be end of june/beginning of july

I've had over 100 points (payout minimum) in my account since March 31st, and still haven't received a payout.

I currently have 680 points (not including this month's survey).

I'm not too concerned. I'm currently swimming in Microsoft Points. I just wanted to let everyone know they're not alone with their "Where's my payout?" questions.

I still have not received my email about my Banshee Avatar prop from May. This concerns me as I also did a renewal deal for Gold through the dashboard last fall and never received my email code for my Halo: Reach avatar item then either!!

You aren't the only one. Either Microsoft is getting to it or forgot. Is it time to do a e-mail writing campaign?

I called them a few months ago and after 2+ hours with them I came away empty. I'm waiting until 8 weeks after my sub renews (just did a few weeks ago) so they will have to give me another excuse for why I never received the helmet. I figure worst case scenario they better give me a free XBLA game instead since they seem to give them away pretty regularly now.

Super frustrated at their lack of knowledge of the subject on the phone. Terrible customer service experience. I felt like I was being verbally assaulted by the phone rep who seemed to have an accusatory attitude when they were they ones that left me in the lurch.

They said expect 8-10 weeks from 15 May for the Banshee prop, so around 10-24 July

UPDATE:
My Rewards page updated today and now displays 560 points have been deposited into my account. However, my MS Points balance hasn't changed. I pulled up my account on billing.microsoft.com to see what's going on, and it shows 560 points were deposited on May 12(?!?).

I have my doubts about this, since I keep a pretty good eye on my MSP balance. Plus, last month was very slow for me, I only purchased Age of Booty, so I think I would have noticed an increase of 560 points in my account.

Unfortunately, billing.microsoft.com doesn't keep a running balance record, even they there's a specific "Balance" column to do so. So I suppose I have no option than to just trust that 560 points were deposited ... and I don't keep track of my account as well as I thought.

GOOD NEWS:
There was an issue with purchases made on April 1st not being included into the 5% rebate offer. That seems to have been corrected, and the 10 points missing from my account for purchasing Deadliest Warrior (200 MSP) has now been added to my account.

Yeah I have 680 pending points as well. Hopefully they deposit them before Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet comes out!

Yea, I got my Defiant map pack points and some extra from stayed gold in April

Just refreshed my rewards page and I got 5% points back for spending in APRIL. If I had known that the 5% was still in effect I would have dropped more coin. Now I think I'm going to have to send them a question about it too see if it's still in effect for June. If so I can finally buy some more of the old stuff that will never go on sale.

Does anyone else know if the 5% back is now a permanent feature?

The 5% back promotion was only active in March and April AFAIK. The banner showed up during both of those months but I haven't seen it since then.

My Defiant points finally showed up as well.

Nearly all of these promotions are for newbies. I've been on the service since Halo 2, and what do I get? 20 msp a month.

Do me (and yourself) a favor and check your Microsoft Points history for April and May at http://billing.microsoft.com/. Confirm they didn't already deposit them, memorize your current balance, and see if your balance increases when they do deposi them.

Sorry I ment to say I got them for MAY.

EDIT: Just double checked the rebate was indeed April. But I already received my April points. Did they forget some? Either way more points is cool with me. They rounded me up to another 100.

Wow, really? I'm pretty sure you're right, that wasn't announced anywhere. I didn't get anything back for May though I know I spent some points. I wonder if it was something they only offered to certain users.

Ditto. I spent only 200 MSP (Age of Booty) in May, which would be a rebate of 10 MSP. But I don't see anything on my Rewards page for May ... except for the May survey.

No deposits yet. It should be easy to tell though since I only have 450 points atm so a jump to over 1000 should be easy to spot.
