Then depending on what local stores are in your state not including kmart there's Target/GS/Walmart/Sears/Fry's/TRU/Sam's club/Costco/BJ's you only need 1 store to put it on sale...Plus BB will pm themselves too. The odds are heavily in the customers favor.

Just grabbed my receipt for Crysis 2 & I forgot I got DA2 for $30 day 1 for purchasing it w/Crysis 2. So after a $40 kmart PM I walk away with
Crysis 2 & DA2 for $70 + $10 gc & $10 in pre-order credit ON DAY 1! Even amazon can't beat that.

Edit: I also got Lego SW3 for $40 w/a on the spot pm on the same receipt not sure if I pm'd kmart or not though.

Here's another tip even though I pm'd Lego SW3 it shows as a "$10 discount" not a price adjustment so if I see it on sale for less before May 10(45 day return window silver member) I can go back & pm it again. If you know something will be on sale by it this way instead of getting a adjustment later that way you won't have to return/rebuy.

so the ad shows KZ3, LBP2 and GT5 at 59.99, so $30 off isn't really that great. I am hoping in store they are listed as less, or will they price match another ad even if I am getting a $30 coupon? leaving in like a half hour to grab the preorder and cancel amazons.

The games are MSRP b/c this is a Sony promo that's why it's not take $30 off with purchase of MK and/or Portal 2. It's only a bad deal if you can find LBP2/KZ3/GT5 cheaper than $30 or don't feel their worth half off. None of them will see $30 MSRP until they become a GH & a $40 MSRP won't be close either since their 1st party titles. RDR just dropped to $40 recently & that came out almost a yr ago(Mid may). Plus the TIV for all 3 are $30 just buy it, earn the gamers points/RZ points & trade it in for $30. That's 1/5 of the gamers club total that'll earn you another $10 in RZ cert.

Went to Copiague to pick up DSi and Sonic Colors (which for osme reason I posted in clearance rather than here). Couldn't find any copies of Sonic Colors. Clerk checked system which said 2 copies in stock "location unknown". He asked me to wait while he looked but I left. Think I've decided the PSP 3000 at $129 is a better deal then DS Lite at $$129 or DSi at $149.

Hm if the B1G1 half off stacks with the $50 gift card offer...

Quick question any opinions on which version of TW is better between the PS3 and 360? I do have Move and Kinect if that matters at all.

I ended up grabbing Ghost Recon and Ridge Racer for the 3DS. They had Buy 1 Get 1 50% all clearance titles but there was nothing good.

Does anyone know if AMAZON is going to match the $50 GC with PS3 purchase?

Would it be possible to buy both games and then return them to get a free giftcard? Or would they require it as part of the return?

Just came back from Target and they had sold the last PS3 copy of TW this morning. They still had copies for the 360 though. This is at the Ocean, NJ store. Interesting that they would not have more stock on hand for the beginning of a sale week.

when they do gift cards with purchases they lower the price of the game and charge you for a gift card. for example if you bought MK it would show up as only $45 on the reciept and then have a charge for $15 gift card, this is in place to prevent people from doing what you are talking about

Good call, sir. I was looking at Best Buy's prices for some DS games recently and was disgusted by how expensive their prices are compared to Amazon. Converting my $25 BB to $25 Amazon is a much better and better appreciated deal.

The xbox version doesnt support kinect, while the PS3 version supports move. I dont own move yet, if I did I would have definitely picked up that version.

im not complaining or anthing about a sale but why is tiger woods master already on sale for a really good price imo. sport games dont get sales that fast. just wondering if it was a bad week of sales. anyone have any clue?

When getting $30-off, can the game be in a separate transaction so the $10 GC could be used on that $30-off game?
