Hey everyone. These are my early May/ really late April pickups

From thrift stores:

For a $1 i couldn't pass these up.

I found these later but they were 100% complete. The day I found these the thrift store was full of complete games. I picked out the best sadly no Stadium Events, Earthbound or anything to rare (Did NES/SNES games come in a plastic baggie inside the box?)

Flea Market:

An Atari 7800, 2600-Vader, and a Sears Tele-Games. With some controllers (anyone know what that white and blue controller is for?) All for $20 and in working condition.

Finally kicking off May with an really awesome start for hunting
Craigslist:

Everything works and is complete/accounted for *to the best of my researching* First the guy was saying they sell for $1000, then he was asking for $300, I finally got it down to a reasonable $100. I have been looking for this for ever.

Looking through everyone's awesome pickups, makes me curious about something...I own a PS3 and 360 as well, and was just wondering, what makes you decide to buy a multiplatform game on a specific system? I've always been a sucker for how boxart looks better on PS3, but the 360 community is just better to me simply because of Party chat, more people have headsets, and my connection doesn't randomly just drop out.

I have been usually just sticking to buying exclusive first party titles on my PS3 here lately, but I do have a few multiplatform ones like Bad Company 2, Super Street Fighter IV and things like that. Just curious.

Everything you listed and with the exception of portal 2 most games are developed on the 360 then ported over to the PS3, The graphics are also usually better on the 360 also.

I prefer achievements, xbox live >>>>>>>>>>>>> PSN, more people with mics, all my friends are on it. The only reason int eh world to get a multi on PS3 is for 2d fighters. If I'm playing Street Fighter or Blazblue, it's with a Playstation controller. That's the only exception though! lol

If you have any interest in Alice and/or artbooks, I would highly recommend picking that one up. It is absolutely fantastic, around $20 and it is a hardcover one. I only glanced through tonight but man it is getting me quite excited for the game too.

Other various pick ups via CAG TF, ebay, a local place (for the blus) and Zavvi for the P3P LE.
