they're located in a tunnel?! the picture shows a tunnel. or is it the manhole cover?

Glad to see there is a new arcade in the City. Gone are the days of the arcades being everywhere! I'll have to check this out. Really? They charge for time on MVC 3? Not cool but whatever. Thanks for the heads up on this OP!

pretty close to school, ill probably stop by. if its where i think it is, its the tunnel that goes to chinatown. its a very short tunnel and is more like an overpass. all the businesses there are located right before the tunnel entrance. theres an asian "massage" parlor called the green door right next to that place and an overpriced mexican restaurant.
and they charge by the time for mvc3 because its console- no coin slot. console arcades usually charge by the hr so its weird that they charge by the min.
