Employee
I work at target over night stocking electronics (among other things) and i'm pretty sure the reason this happened is because when it first came in it was not in our system for some reason it was added a day or 2 later. Normal procedure for this is to give it to our team that handles the price fluctuations and they assign it a price. Some uninformed person must have handed it over to that team who then assigned it a clearance price. So depending on the time your store received their copies and who was handling the product this is the why a situation like this would be so limited. Just figured i'd jump in here with my first post and give you guys a general idea of why things like this might happen.
