Got my CD at around Noon EST.

same here, at noon went on google chrome and did a 3 page survey , lol at the last question
"was the CD a major decision in buying the game"

game is awesome so far B^) , i just wish it was a gold cartridge like the N64 one

Had to clear the cookies for the site to even sign in (didn't do anything if I clicked the button or hit enter on the password textbox). Registered the game and did not get the pop-up (using Chrome, turned off pop-up blocker). Gonna check out the Tech Support forums & see if that'll help.

No pop up for me....
Calling now just gives me a pre-recorded message that eventually hangs up on me.

Mine went through with no problem, site was a bit slow, but it went through.

Success!!! Registered around 12 noon West Coast Time. Answered three pages of survey and then received pop-up. Used Firefox and allowed pop-ups. Got this message:

Hello, I wanted to let you know that we are aware that some of you are having trouble accepting the offer for the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Soundtrack after registering your copy of the game through Club Nintendo. We're in the process of resolving the issue, and I will update this post once I have more information or the issue has been completely resolved. Thank you for your patience, folks.

Keep an eye on that site in case anything gets mentioned.

Just e-mailed Nintendo's Customer Support since I don't wanna deal w/ calling them. Hoping they'll contact me back within the day.

I didn't get a pop up either :( Hopefully they fix it and I still get one.

Finaly got through. They set me up for a call back and then hopefully I will get the CD.

I registered around 11 west coast time and had no problems getting the cd, I just had to answer three surveys and I was done. I was using firefox if that helps.

What number are you calling? Gonna try calling them.

Just placed my order successfully. The site was running a bit slow, so I had to wait about 20 seconds after the final page loaded before the pop-up appeared.

Just registered mine, no popup for the CD. I emailed them but we'll see. Now I wish I had just waited to buy it used. :(

Registered game, no ing pop-up. Fantastic.

For the people that are having trouble calling, try emailing them. They responded to my email like 2 hours ago.

Funny thing is that I work for NoA, and I have seen a couple of these CDs in the department I work at.

Yup, no gold case and no gold cartridge...LAME!!!!!!!!! Especially with this being the 25yr Anniversary. Although remember, the N64 cartridge was only a limited edition. I actually still have the box and instructions but not the game.
