Not even Platinum Hits are $20 nowadays at retail. $30 is more realistic... and that will be the sale price soon enough.

It is exactly the same, save for the title menu saying Arcade Edition rather than just Super.

The disc release is meant for people who've never owned SSFIV. Don't like the price of the disc because you bought SSFIV? Then get the DLC for $15.

That's interesting. It must also be for the uninformed. SSF4 has been $15 easy several times, and even $10, making it much cheaper to get ssf4 and xbox points on sale.

I wonder if the price has gone up since the DLC or AE disc launched on ssf4.... not that I care too much; I've already got it.

15 is still too much in my opinion, I'll wait for it to go on sale for 7.50 or at least AE to be 20. Give it a couple of months and it'll happen.

Oh no, I ain't falling for this again. I'm waiting for arcade edition turbo or whatever's next.

Isn't that a bit demeaning? Some people lack internet or fast internet to use it. Some people were just waiting for the next one to go cheap. Some people don't follow deals or don't like buying online. The cheapest I ever saw SSFIV in person was 20 at a target.

I'm gonna wait for it to drop more. I just wish they don't release a version where all the dlcs are already on a disc. That would be lame. But deep down I know they will. lol.

And he is right, you can go to big lots right now, buy Super for 15-18 dollars and then purchase the dlc for 15. Bringing it to cheaper than this deal.

The Costume Packs, probably. That's what I was expecting (hoping) to see on the disc.

If it's any consolation, the vast majority of the alternate costumes are hideous.
