I ordered 3 early this morning for in store pickup & 3 in another town for my sister in law to pick up for herself. I went in and got them around 11am. She just called me (1:20pm CST) and they canceled her order and wouldn't let her have them.
Mine are dented and scratched up but for a penny I can't complain. I was gonna be there anyway to pre-order my 5 games for the $100 reward certificates. |

i got an email this morning at around 8AM saying its ready for pickup and just now (3PM) i got my order saying its cancelled. too bad im at work. if not, i couldve picked it up before it gets cancelled. BULLSHIT!
this is what they say: There's been a change to the status of your order. Your order has been canceled because of an error in our system. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you would like to order these items again, please visit BestBuy.com. The credit card (or other payment method) used for this order has been credited. If you used a gift card and no longer have it, please call us toll-free at 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289) and we'll send you a replacement. |

Got the same "unable to verify your information" e-mail. Decided to call Best Buy at the number they provided; according to the Customer Service guy the computer on his end said that it was canceled by the vender and not because of my credit card or anything. Oh well, was worth a shot anyway. Sucks that instore orders are being canceled as well.
