Yes. Everyone that likes CoD must be a sheep. Nobody can just like the game because they think it's fun, right?

Hopefully this thread can stay on topic and not turn into a troll fest. The whole Battlefield 3 vs Modern Warfare 3 fanboy/troll wars has to be one of the lamest, saddest things I've ever witnessed in my entire life as a video game fan. Seriously.

I've never even played battlefield but yeah go ahead and babble about a fanboy war. I'm just dissapointed to see so many preorders when the last few COD were garb. MW3 isn't even being made by the same people so I don't know why people even would preorder such a game especially one were the best features are the unlockables. The gameplay is far and away one of the worst out there and i feel like gamers are pathetic when all they do is fall in line and get served another round of slop. It truely is a horrific newbfest and it should be a Wii only title cause its for casual gamers.

C'mon now everyone is entitled to their opinion but their are at least a few good or fun things about the Call of Duty series. It seems the hate train has reared its ugly head against CoD now, when it used to be for Halo. Again anyone can dislike the game, but constructive criticism is always better.

And we were doing so good ignoring the troll. All he does is bitch about how through game is bad because he sucks at it. Ignore him and all he does is his little potshot posting.

Haha nah, I've learned to stop taking video games so seriously. I'm just getting BF3 and trying to build a new computer, for MW3 isn't really in my budget.

Back to the point....I'm on the fence. BO was a let down and this is a new group doing this. I know I am getting Dark Souls, not sure what is next after that.

I'm down on getting it. I was totally shocked that Black Ops sold well as it did.
Just shows how strong the franchise is. I skipped World at War and Black Ops. Planning on jumping back on with MF3. Looks amazing, much more of a upgrade to the series vs a mod to a pre-existing game.

And yes, I"m buying BF3 as well. Telling u, spending about $400 -$500 in games... with a day job and g/f, its hard to juggle.

You missed zilch with BO unless you like RC cars running around everywhere.

Zombie mode in BLOPS is good, and i find S&D in BLOPS to be pretty good, but the netcode is pure trash in the game. Skipping right past BF3, online code means i cant take it to other peoples places and play it on their systems, so they can take their game and shove it.

LOL - Oh, I'm aware. approaching 30 and with the g/f for 8years. Marriage and kids are coming... just dont know when. =P

Multiplayer video looked good. I dont know if it was mostly gameplay footage or just replay video, like in BLOPS.

Im just glad the reveal is over with so we can disect the videos and get more details. It looks like MW2 Super Turbo EX edition, but with 16 all new maps and most of the BS from MW2 removed, its well worth the 60 asking price. Still day 1.

Not a bad overview about the changes to multiplayer. Really excited to have almost NoKill's concept of killstreaks. Can't wait to be support to drop some multi care packages our way.

It is definitely turning out to be a very good looking upgrade from MW2.

The only things that concern me is how they did a whole dedicated feature to quick-scoping & noob-tubing in their main multiplayer trailer... just really? They then go on to bitch & moan about how secondary shotguns were over powered, while they show some one with a Dragunov sniper rifle as a secondary....

Another thing I would like to be elaborated on is their pointsreaks/perks, and how they correspond to the 3 pre-sets (Assault, Support, & Specialist). Are we limited to what pointstreaks we can & can not pick, by our pre-set class...?

Customizable Custom Games look to greatly welcomed for us, with the increased game mode list. Along with the whole Clan System.

My biggest request, by far, is that they make separate playlists with out: Snipers & Explosives (Grenades, Grande Launchers, Claymores, RPG's... etc...)

As for that Juggernaut footage; It looks easy enough to take down, but I welcome the addition of that. The only downside is it comes from a Care Package.... It will yield un-named amounts of laughter for us, in Private Games.

All in all, I think Mad just blew his load after plotting all of the devious things he can unleash, with his new box of toys.

The specialist class seems overpowered.
