I checked the discription for the PS3 version on the Origin website and it does say that the PS3 version includes Extraction.

Crap, gotta jump on this as well. Can't decide on 360 or PS3. I have DS1 on 360, but I'm not a fan of the 2 disks. If I get it for PS3, I'm not sure my collection can handle being separated like that, and Extraction is not a big selling point for me. Hmm...DECISIONS.
yes, it's that important.

Extraction is a damn fine game. It should be considered a non-zero selling point.

Of course, without a lightgun peripheral you might like it less.

If you plan on trying for 1000g or the Platinum, it is easier on 360 because you get a checkpoint upon switching discs in hardcore mode.

For the record, the DLC pack Severed is two additional chapters that feature the characters from DSE but they use them so poorly they may as well just be different people.

Same quality DS gameplay but in smaller chunks. Worth playing. The price is your problem to contend with though. You could also skip it if you felt so inclined as it isn't as amazing different awesome as Pigsy's Perfect 10.

Just beat DS2 an hour ago...so far it's my goty...anyone who doesn't play it us missing out
