Just had a chat with an Amazon Customer Service employee, and it looks like it's official. 10$ credit only, and early pre-orders like mine are still eligible to receive it. Still, it's better than a 0$ dollar credit, which is what it was prior to today.

my invoice email stated Congratulations. Your purchase has qualified you for a $10 promotional credit toward the purchase of items shipped and sold by Amazon.com etc...
I ordered it when I saw the 20 dollar promo credit towards future video game purchase but now it changed back to 10. strange. |
