I think it's more of an issue of this looks like it should be a downloadable XBLA/PSN title and it's not. Hell, I was all for buying this at $15 or $20, but it's a definite wait and see at $60.

It's not fraud to use a code that's on my receipt and return a game. Maybe if you had to open the game up or something.

It's not gonna be short you know, you think that it's one episode long but it's worth a few episodes.

If ya'll so cheap, just pick up the 3DS version that'll most likely be for $40.

It was a download title. It's also packing more than 60 stages, which is a lot.

if i remember correctly, this was originally an episodic game, with each episode costing 15$, like sonic 4. personally, i prefer this to digital, since now i can just get the entire thing for <20$ later instead of getting 4 episodes each on sale for for a total of 40$.

wow....thats a tempting pre-order bonus

Pretty sure I know my own age and years of experience in gaming, so no I don't "think" I'm old school, I am, and that's just the way it is for me. I resist downloadable content because I would hate to see the gaming industry completely go that route, as I've come to love all things physical associated with it. It's my own personal plight or stance...one man against millions. Nothing for you to resort to name-calling over.

As to the bolded part of your response, I never said i "preorder all my games at Gamestop", just mainly the LE/CE/SE or games I feel have some physical bonus I would like to obtain. "Mainly" doesn't equal "all", so reading is fundamental to participation in these discussions. I have preorders out for the NIS store, THQ Online, Amazon, Book Depository, as well as Gamestop at the moment, so as you can see I do spread it around.

And next time I receive a code or voucher for something digital/downloadable, I will be sure to PM you that info Burning Karma, no problem at all. Like I said, it doesn't happen often as I never preorder with that intent in mind, but when it does, they're all yours.

So I'm glad its getting a disc release, but still, I think Ubisoft is making a huge mistake with the time and price of this release.
