My order crapped out on the processing page, cart is empty, order is in my orders, but I cant view it and it gives an error about my zip code not matching. WTF.

Does anyone know if the quality of the used games is good? Just wondering if it's really scratched up since I wanna order.

Used yes, previously viewed no (unless it's a blu ray since those are pretty hard to f up)

Quality has been fine for the 10 games I've ordered. It's getting through the sale then everything out of stock that you have to get past.

I was able to snag a copy of When They Cry for $20 right when the site came back up. Didn't think it was gonna ship but I got a shipping confirmation yesterday. Pretty stoked on that. They usually price it between $150 and $200.

ITSALIVE is still working and I was able to go back and place an order. Don't know how much longer it'll be up.

When is it suppose to stop being 'processing' (sorry for bein a nub and I know hastings was incredibly busy today)

Just got bourne conspiracy and prince of persia sands for $8 shipped. Not too bad. I'm gonna try that stranglehold thing. May be get lucky.

Had to go check my order history when it crapped out after clicking order and then my cart was empty.

How quickly does an order show up in "Order History"? Is it as soon as the order is placed? Just asking to check if I need to try it again or not since the order crapped out on my after I clicked "Place Order" during checkout.

It should show up right away. You should also get an email confirmation right away. If you didn't get either, it didn't go through.

Hi, I'm mostly a quiet lurker here lol but I had a question for you guys. I tried for 2 and a half hours to place my order and every time i would click to submit the order I'd get an error message and my cart would empty. So I re-placed it several times hoping it would finally go through. Well even though every single one of my attempted orders was said to be a failure, I have like 10 pending orders in my account history now. Is there a way to cancel these online or will I have to wait till morning and call them? If I call them first thing, will they give me any hassle about cencelling the orders? They can't possibly have started processing because I didn't even attempt my first order till around 10 tonight. Thanks in advance for any advice you can give.

Edit: Even though there's orders showing up in my account I didn't get a single email confirmation

Yeah, definitely cal them ASAP in the morning. That's really the only way to fix the issue in a timely fashion.

Though if your cart emptied it seems like it might have gone through, based on what the guy in the quote above said. It seems like its kind of a crapshoot at this point in terms of the mysteries of completed order statuses.

Ok thanks. I'll call as soon as they open. This is my first time ordering from them and the thought of them possibly saying they can't cancel the orders has me incredibly stressed.

Finally got my last minute order to go through. Picked up 69 NDS games for $315..

Super deal considering how hard it's getting to find boxed DS games anymore. All of my nearby GS's trashed their DS cases and I refuse to buy card-only.

For $5.86 shipped I no longer have an excuse to not play Gears of War or The Return of Matt Hazard.
