EDIT: For whatever reason, I got it to work by switching to Internet Explorer.

I hope their books generally arrive in good condition. Almost purchased the Silent Hill movie, but I thought about it too long.

Yea, about 90% of my returns are possibly the result of shipping.... Its pretty bad. And I dont return/complain about items that arrive with damaged cases because I figure I can easily replace those, but those are pretty numerous.

Have you tried ordering from out of the country at all? My account got blocked when I did that recently at gohastings, they had to fix it on their end and it took a couple days.
