They haven't charged it yet. Amazon only processes payments when the item ships. I assume it works the same for a prepaid visa

Yup. I'm really tempted to jump on this deal though I've never bought a guide before. I've seen them in the bookstores and some of the hardcover ones look impressive.

That's correct. Same goes for gift card credits applied to an item at price X and when it's it a cheaper price, the credit of the difference gets applied back to your gift card balance at time of shipment.

Amazon is actually really good with adjusting preorders -- when Forza 4 had a 2 hour price drop to 60 bucks it changed automatically for me. Heck, I didn't even know about it until a month before release. None of you should worry about Amazon adjusting the price. Sometimes it takes a day, but it'll be done.

On of Today's Quick Picks for me was the paperback edition of this guide for $15.38. Was going to order the hardcover but I guess I don't really need the upgrade.

SWEET, my preorder was already adjusted when I checked for the $23.52, and I still get my free shipping, yay!

FYI, Amazon has a promotion 5% off your order when you buy the game (xbox 360 version) and guide together. Currently at 80.32 total.

I had ordered skyrim back when it was 54.54, so i didnt want to cancel and reorder. Since i didnt have the combine order option, I hit amazon CS up in chat and they took 5% off my existing game order, probably should have got 5% off the guide order too, but im not complaining.

Too bad there's no good way to let amazon know that gamestop offers 20% off if you buy the game and guide together... But then again amazons guide price already beats that...

dang cheapest I can find in Canada is $30 on amazon.ca =(

The old price was $25.xx something, I pre-ordered it to qualify FSSS. Now it's under $25 I thought the FSSS option is removed, but not so... Just checked the order online and the free shipping credit is still there

Have both the 360 game and the collector's edition guide in my cart, and noticed that it takes $3 off the game if I buy them together, making the game $56.99, if I remove the guide from my cart the price goes back up to $59.99.



So if you haven't ordered yet, and plan on getting both, it's a good way to save $3! It's not much but every little bit helps.

If you pre-ordered an item that was over $25 and the pre-order price guarantee drops the price below the $25 line, it still qualifies for FSSS because of the price you paid on the original order.
