id Software and Bethesda have put together a key midnight launch for their new title RAGE in Mesquite, TX. Mesquite happens to be the home of id Software and the GameStop at 503 N. Galloway Rd in Mesquite will play host to Tim Willits, Matt Hooper and the legendary John Carmack for the launch of RAGE. The event will start at 11PM CST, and will have the members from id signing their copies of RAGE as they pick them up.
If you are a fan of id Software, and you have a pre-order at the Mesquite GameStop location, you would be foolish not to show up for this event. It is not every day you get to meet a person that has transformed the landscape of gaming like John Carmack. Who knows, maybe you can get him to talk rockets while you are there as well.
RAGE is available for PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 on October 4th, 2011 from Bethesda and id Software.
