Browsing Overstock today and found some pretty great deals, especially if you are a Club O member. Until 10/12/2011, Club O members get 12% back on all your purchases and items ship for free and are tax free (in TX anyway).

Not too bad of deal, especially since I currently have $15 in Club O rewards and would get $11.40 more after purchasing COD: Hardened Edition.

Anyone know if Overstock.com charges at the time of preorder or when the game is shipped?

Good deal. Thanks for the reply. I'll probably end up buying COD:MW3 HE. How long did shipping take for your order? I wouldn't have to have it on the first day, but do not want to wait a week or so after it is released.

They aren't supposed to charge you until they ship the item.

Well when you buy it at the store it will be $105 because of TAX. So its like your getting $10 off(no tax) and you get $11 in reward credit. That is a pretty good deal better than anything I've seen.

Another good one:
Arkham City CE for $87.51 + $10.50 in Club O bucks. Not a bad deal if you're a Club O member (which I am), but I already have it on Steam.
