used TRU deal earlier this week to get Arkham, Dark Souls, and Catherine. too bad cant get the free batman action figure with the deal

TRU was out Batman all week. Not getting anymore until after sale. Bestbuy refuses price match. The TRU shipping makes that not worth it. Now what? Anyone got a free shipping from TRU?

I'm tempted to go back and buy 2 AC's and something else and sell the Batman games just because it'd net me a $60 game for 20-30 bucks. But I already picked up AC, Dark Souls, and Sims 3 pets for my girl this week. LOVING Arkham right now and haven't even opened DS yet, then BF3 comes out next week. No way I'd play anything else right now and it'd sit on my shelves and be the same price on BF.

I grabbed 2 ACs cause the Robin code sells for $20-25. You could even sell the Catwoman code for a couple bucks. The game trades in for 25 plus 60% which is $40 or what u paid for it. Selling my second copy to a friend for $40 and he said I could keep his Robin code.

My store sucks, they wouldn't let me exchange one of the games unless I paid $20 because they said it's only $39.99 and the one I wanted to exchange it with was $59.99. I'm gonna try again tomorrow in hopes I just got an idiot employee because it makes no sense that I can't do a straight exchange.

It's as if Primm's prophecy came true....You will likely have to return all three games and then repurchase them before end of day on Saturday if you want to get an exchange. Good to know that Toys R Us is actually cracking down on people abusing the system.

Finally broke down and grabbed a few cheapie games. Mass Effect 2, Vanquish and Medal of Honor LE for $42.78. I was on the border between Medal of Honor and Genesis Collection....think I should have gotten Genesis Collection.

Wanted to get Mass Attack, Yoshi's Island, and Mario vs DK, but the closest store was out of Kirby. I may hit another store that said it was in stock tomorrow, but if I miss out it's not the end of the world (...or is it?).

A nice guy at the TRU I went to let me swap one. He couldn't give me back $59.99 for a game, only $39.99 so he discounted the game I wanted in exchange to match the price. It's just gonna be YMMV but expect no.

Does anybody know how spot on the TRU store pickup system is with locating in-stock games? I want to pick my son up Wipeout2(Wii), Wipeout 2(360), and Once Upon a Monster and only one is shown in-stock at all the local stores. Does the website list "0" in-stock ones stock is below a certain point or does "0" mean they are wiped clean for sure?

Don't trust it. I can't count the number of times a game has been in the store when the site said it wasn't.

They didn't honor it for me. They said they don't honor "bundle pricing". Some on here said they got BB to match but most said no.

Do most TRU stores carry Professor Layton and the Last Specter?

So I bought MotionSports and everything I'm reading says this game is junk. It says refund price 13.33 on the receipt, does that mean I can just return it by itself and get that? It doesn't seem like I should be able to since that gives me the same discount without buying 3 games, but I don't see what else it could mean.

I've been fortunate enough to have a TRU who has all the games in stock that I needed. I have noticed that the inventory checker isn't always right. I've found games where it was listed as either not in stock, or limited only to find a bunch of them in store.

I grabbed Arkham, Fifa 12, and Dark Souls yesterday. I'm tempted to go back one more time and grabbed a few more games before the sale ends, but with Origin PC sales my wallet is crying out hehe!

Got Layton 4, Mario vs. DK 3, and Kirby Mass Attack. Could've gotten some Classic Controllers but TRU didn't sell them.
