Bioshock Infinite Pre-order at BestBuy

Just picked up the game and got an email with the 1 code. Does that code include both the Industrial Revolution and Bird's Eye Sniper or are they 2 seperate codes?

It's the sniper rifle upgrade. The Industrial Revolution code you should have gotten weeks/months ago whenever you preordered. That just gives you access to the online puzzle game, which in turn will award you with a DLC code after you progress enough in it.
