Any Christmas/Holiday/Channukah stuff has now reached the 90% off clearance in stores. Of course, the pickings are very slim at this point (if there are any pickings left at all), but I did manage to find a few of the Lego Harry Potter Holiday polybags for $.39. They had been mixed in with the regular $3.99 Lego polybags in the Lego aisle and at the front checkout lines.

I will get the DPCI later, left the receipt in the car...

I was really hoping they had Festivus specific stuff, but alas, no. I also haven't seen anything Kwanzaa or Eid specific.

You need to check this out, then. My buddy got me one a few years ago, and he has a smaller, desktop version as well that he keeps at work. My only suggestion for these would be to add some removable 'arms' that could attach near the top to function as a coat rack; then you could have the pole out year round! (and you wouldn't have to fetch it out of the crawlspace)

So my first adventure into Target Clearance, I checked my local target and unless I didn't look in the right places or something all I found was a copy of Red Faction: Armageddon 360 for $28 I think and some random sports game for the wii with no sticker. I looked in the normal cases and only thing I noticed was Child of Eden for $11.98 but I bought a code for it on ebay last week for $8.99, so overall pretty disappointing but don't know what I was expecting

I'm getting some very interesting results when searching for some titles/items I figured would be showing 'not available' across the board in the Tri-State area. Hopefully I'll be near one of these stores showing limited availability sometime soon.

Game clearance is at a slowdown this time of year. This past summer was great. There will be a few drops, but the games that are awaiting discounts are the big fall releases. Unless its an Ubisoft game, I don't usuallly expect a significant drop until spring.

Do you happen to know the DPCI for Alan Wake? There's no listing for the game on the website anymore.

If you happen to be in Raleigh, NC the Target store on 4700 Green Road (on Capital Blvd near Sam's Club) is closing and started their closeout sales yesterday. Obviously YMMV on deals.

Did you see any deals worth mentioning?

Picked up the last copy of Alan Wake in Irvine, CA for $5.06. Sold "AS IS"

No DPCI on the sticker just a long string of numbers: 988032072222668685

Hope this helps.

Nothing on the gaming front as of last night. Right now they are going through the display / floor models and discounting them. TV's / cameras are 25% and going lower and household items (vacuums / blenders / etc.) that are display are down to 50% or less.

just got back from the grossmont center target, and even though it wasn't a video game deal, I found the Steve Jobs audio book, which is 20 cd's and was 33.84 for 8.46
It was an online item and cheaper then the regular hardbound book =)
