Serious question. Has anyone ordered from Newegg and had something delivered AT ALL since late Dec? I ordered 3 items and none have arrived.

Check your tracking #'s & give them a call, I've found their customer service to be exceptional, even receiving credits for blunders, followed by expedited shipping.

In for one since Newegg doesn't charge me tax or shipping, comes out to an even $18. And if it were Amazon at that prize, I would have bought it, so why not buy it now at Newegg instead.

I received an order from them last week, but I had used the ShopRunner 2 day shipping.

Yeah Newegg has always been known to have great customer service, though I've never had to deal with them.

I picked up this when New Egg had it for $19.99

Do you live on the east coast? I've only ever received things from NewEgg's California location, so I'm not sure if they only ship from there or not.

NewEgg's free shipping time = Amazon super saver shipping time for me, and I'm located in the middle of the country.

This is very tempting despite the 40 game backlog.

Getting Bad Reviews. Plus Backed Up already. so No Go. But still a good deal for fans and people looking for more games to play.
