If it was a 3rd party seller chances are its going to be a bootleg. You think someone would sell an actual Sony brand Vita memory card for $0.02 cents?

Even if the listing said Sony so did all the other listings that people got bootlegs from.

On such a new system the last thing anyone should want to do is use third party products sold by third party sellers on amazon/ebay.

Why did you feel the need to repeat this information? It's 2 cents w/free shipping, nobody who got in on this really cares if it's a bootleg unless they planned on reselling it.

Id be willing to bet for every person who got it as they actually plan on getting a Vita there is another who got it to flip.


In fact I wouldn't be surprised if most of them got it to flip without ever even having the intention of getting the system.


That's the whole thing it was a $0.02 cents deal that they are trying to flip. Which for two cents of course why not. Just stating I wouldn't expect much other then a $0.02 cent loss. If that could even be considered a loss lol.

Just got an order update that my card would be delivered between Jan 19 and Jan 25.

Got the same message.

Im pretty sure they will. Amazon always seems to honor these price mistakes. The Batman AC Collectors Edition comes to mind as well as the penny games (well some of them haha). Still mad that i missed it

The penny game incident happened a little while ago. Amazon was listing good games (kz3, Crysis 2, ect) at a penny. Some people walked away with over 50 games at that price, while some got their orders cancelled. I managed to get 1 shipped to me haha. Anyway, i still have a feeling Amazon will honor this for those who got in on it. Unless you ordered 100 of them...then you might run into some problems lol

In case anyone who got in on this is still monitoring this thread, make sure you change your shipping to release date delivery if you're not a Prime haver. For me it ended up being cheaper than standard shipping and I'll be sure to have it in time for when the Vita actually shows up.

Got an email from Amazon this morning stating it was a pricing error but they would honor the price for 1 item! I think I only ordered 1 of the memory cards originally but it looked like standard wording for those that probably ordered multiples.

Got the same message. I ordered multiples and kinda pissed but whateva, clearly a mistake and just glad I'm getting 1.

Got my 2 cent 4GB Vita memory card in. Hope you guys get yours delivered soon as well.

Mine is still saying it's scheduled for delivery today, but it hasn't actually shipped yet.

Unless Jeff Bezos is planning on hand delivering it to my house today, I doubt I'm gonna get it in.

Wonder what the delay is...
