You should note that that price is for the 360. I personally wouldn't pay $40 at this point.

Got this game new for Christmas and it refuses to work. Didn't install either. Do I report it as defective and send it back?

Didn't it come out like a month ago? $30 would be 50% price drop from it's retail. Also, it's actually a good game.

(Waiting for $5.00 Steam sale personally... sadly still have not played through the 1st one.)

It came out over 2 months ago. It was ~ $30 and many retailers on Black Friday weekend. I beleive the lowest its dropped was $28 at WalMart

I picked this up along with Dark Souls when Target had that glitch. I'll eventually finish it.

There's so much DLC out now. I'll just wait for next year and hope for a complete edition.
