That's pretty weird. Honestly since it seems like an error, the best answer would be from them so you may have to call and see what they can do. Honestly, the game is probably 50cent. Ever since Vita came out, all PSP games that I've seen hit 50 cent.

Not sure which exact location you'll look for, but I suggest check BB's trade in store locator online. There it will show which stores accepts trade in with or without receipt. I know some stores need them cause of pawn laws. The site should tell you if your location does require them.

Some of their DS games also also mismarked. If you type in the game's UPC and the estimator comes up with a price you shouldn't have much of an issue. I mean, you may have to hope that you get a gaming employee who realizes there is no such thing as Rock Band Unplugged for 360 and that the error is obviously just a miss-classification of platform.

I remember back when trackmania for the Wii was a big flip from Gamestop the game showed up weird in the estimator but I asked the clerk if there were any other Trackmania games for the Wii, he said, "No, good point." and did the trade with no issue.

I traded one in with a few other games on Sunday and was prepared to argue for the TIV that appeared, but the employee didn't say anything and I was quoted the total trade-in value for what I brought in, which matched my prediction. He was a really cool employee, but I guess he just didn't notice the "360" designation. I think it helped that he didn't have to look it up manually--the copy I got from GS was complete with the UPC on the back.

Has anyone had luck in reversing a ban from trading? About 2 months ago, I tried trading and got the dreaded message. Always was under the trade 3 limit, but didn't have much desire to fight it. Now, with the 100% bonus, I would like to see if anyone has had success.

Any BB in New York City but if you want specifics it's either the one in Union Sq or 23rd st. Going through the bins downstairs looking for stuff I can sell back and just want to know if anyone had issues selling games back to those BB.

Anyone know how to claim points on trade-ins after the fact? Twice now I've gone to BB to trade something and both times the employee incorrectly scanned my RZ card so that the points do not show up. If you use the claim missing points tool on the RZ website it only refers to physical receipts, not the printouts that you're given for trade-ins.

I've also missed out on two 10% trade-in bonuses but I'm sure there's no way to retroactively add this either.

sigh... RE: Raccoon City TIV just dropped to $7 base price. i was gonna finish the story and trade it back in.

While I don't know how to retroactively claim points on trade-ins, one way you could avoid this happening in the future is to have them look you up by the phone number associated with your RZ account. Every trade-in I've done involved my giving the employee my phone number and I've received the 10% bonus nearly every time (the two occasions when I didn't were easily resolved).

You would think this would work but each time I do a trade-in they ask for my phone number several times. I've even had them scan my RZ card. Unfortunately my BB does all the trade-ins at customer service and those reps have no idea what the Gamer's Club Unlocked membership even does. Last time I had a manager tell me that the 10% discount ended last month.

Ah I see. Yeah my copy didn't have the cover and manual, just the UMD. Anyone by any chance have a scan of the front and back cover? When I type in the UPC for Rock Band Unplugged, the $4.00 listing shows up on the trade in site.

I was banned about 3 months after a lot of others were getting banned. I personally haven't fought it but I know a few people said they did (via phone) and were able to get it reversed. I think that is definitely a YMMV. There is also a BB trade in customer service phone # on their web page now.

QUESTION: If I purchase Visa gift cards with cash, do those purchases go towards obtaining silver status?

Only problem was my copy of NBA 2K12 is a bootleg, according to the BestBuy rep. I bought it used from GameStop back in December. Anyone have any serious advice on what to do about it?

today was a good flip day. just flipped 4 games i rebought on gamefly. $48gamefly bill, $80 tiv credit. i hate paying cash but that just got me deadliest warriors and silent hill downpour free so i can't complain too much.

I tried a trade in today after about a month or so of not doing trades due to getting that ban screen popping up at the end of the last trade I tried. I don't wanna jinx it, but the trade went through.

I got $117.60 total for 6 games after the 100% bonus promo and my 10% for GCU.

I traded in:

Rage-$5($10.50 after bonus n GCU)
Bulletstorm-$6($12.60 after bonus n GCU)
Medal Of Honor-$5($10.50 after bonus n GCU)
Skyrim-$17($35.70 after bonus n GCU)
Sniper Ghost Warrior-$11($23.10 after bonus n GCU)
Batman: Arkham City-$12($25.20 after bonus n GCU)

Both the rep and I were shocked as hell when we got all the way to the end of the trade transaction and it went through. I ended up buying a pristine/mint condition/sealed Skyrim CE for $60, a copy of Silent Hill Downpour for $20 and used the one @Gamer coupon to pick up a $5 copy of Dragon Age II. I still have about $30 in credit left on the gc from the trade today.

Best part is most if not all of those games were either PM's or bought with @Gamer coupons and gaming credit and aside from Skyrim I got double what I paid back in credit today for most of them. Even then, I was only off by $4 n change on Skyrim being a free rental since launch cuz I pm'd the $40 price someone had a while ago n got $20 back in credit.

But after the ban notice that last time I tried a trade I'm gonna calm shit down and not go overboard again.

If this deal does last through to 7/7, I recommend every Amazon user who planned to see the movie Brave to get the DS version of the game. It's $30, but you get $20 back in promo credit, and an $8 voucher to see the movie. You trade the game back into BB same day, you'll probably get at least $12 after the bonus since Madagascar 3 for DS (released a month ago) is currently going for $6 before the bonus.

Traded in Max Payne 3 and Madden 12 getting 52.80 with 10% for being a gamer member.

They have $20 gift card if I preorder NCAA. Now would I get the gift card by Madden release date as I'd probably use and NCAA trade in to get it.

The terms say it takes about 30 days for the RZ points to post. Since NCAA 13 comes out on July 10 and Madden 13 comes out August 28, you should have your $20 RZ certificate by then.

Is this deal good on prepaid cards???????????????? If so I'm in for dumping my old games for Amazon kindle credit, because there's no games I want atm.
