Every game I've bought from them (over 10) has been complete. The Alan Wake I bought even had the DLC code unused.

Their customer service is great too. I once bought a DVD that was scratched and they sent me another one without me even having to send the scratched one back to them.

Previously viewed are former rentals. Used are trade-ins.

Picked up Rage for the 360 for 11 and change, and a used game guide for 7 and change.
Total was about 21 with shipping, so not too bad for a game and guide.

Thanks, OP! I just picked up Infamous 2. Total after tax and shipping was $19.10. I've been watching this one for a long time and it never dips in price. The only time I've seen it cheap was the Gamefly sale last year, which I missed.
