The second one was a lot worse than the first IMO and this is coming from a huge Saw fan.

Yes, this game is pretty bad BUT if you're a big Saw fan it's still pretty enjoyable for the story alone. And the endings are REALLY well done, especially how they tie into the movies. The only bad part is you'll have to suffer through a LOT of broken game mechanics and horrid horrid puzzles to get there.
