Just wondering, How much did you guys spend in your first steam sale? This is my first and I've already spent near $75.

Debating on whether or not to grab Killing Floor (with all the bells and whistles). Has it been cheaper? I'm still catching up on the thread so pardon me if this has been mentioned many times?

And could anyone give me a short rundown of their opinion on the game? The mechanics? The replay factor, etc? Would be much appreciated.

The game's great. The basic execution is similar to L4D and Nazi Zombies , but it has enough different mechanics , such as welding doors , to set itself apart. The community is large and the developers occasionally add more maps (It started out with 5 , now has 22.) and weapons for no additional charge (All DLC is cosmetical). It's pretty challenging though.

Anyone have Opinions on Walking Dead and Qube?

I like KF, at this point i think a lot of Cags own it. Its kind of like CoD zombies, ezxept, there are classes, and the zed have variety. Its easy enough to play, and better if you have a few buddies. Tripwire updates the game a lot and does these events. I dont recommend all the dlc tho. They are just character skins.

I'd have to cut back through my records a few years back but I believe my first sale was around $250-300

Walking Dead is really awesome so far. It's definitely heavier on story and character development than gameplay but for $15 it's a freaking steal.

I love the first 2 episodes of the Walking Dead. If you like character development and story then give a try. Its worth the price.

One of the few games I bought this sale. Was that sarcasm? Or were you serious? Either way, I can say that I am genuinely interested in playing this game, and I'm not joking.

I really like his style and how informative his videos are. I only watch random "WTF is..." and don't subscribe, so I don't see how he puts you off. Care to explain?

Also, is the Frozen Synapse RED good? What does "Full co-op for the single player campaign and all new single player content" mean? It's not an action game so what are you co-op on? And my favorite question this sale: Is it couch co-op?
