Didn't see this promo noted in OP, but looks like GS is having an extra $5 for each game traded in for 360 & PS3 ($3 min base TIV).

Runs 7/25-7/26 only. Was on their gamestock page. Not bad for pretty much anything $3-10 base.

My neighbor went yesterday after I called. I haven't had a chance to go yet, but I guess it's PR only. Maybe the local stores missed an update or something because it's rare to see a pricing difference>

On the preorder bonuses, does it print on the receipt or do you get a card? Can you buy DLC in the store? If stuff doesn't print on the receipt your store still updates via dial up and that's probably why the descrepency.

Did you happen to see the price they're selling it for? That's the base TIV I got last month when they were selling it for $47.99 used.

wtf is up with L4D's prices???

L4D plat hits is now $34.99 new, L4D2's used price is $44.99?!

Am i missing something? these games are olddddd. And from what i see, the TIV just jumped to like $16-17 for each of them?! crazy.

Not sure....my mouth hit the floor yesterday when I was told my old copy of Left for Dead was worth 16.00 OR 22.40 after I bought Link's Crossbow Training with it (which cost me 44 cents)

Note: This also works out $0.80 better for AC: Revelations than if you bought a used game when trading it in--$19/$20.40 w/ PUR vs. $18.20/$19.60 w/ PUR.

5$ for any game over 3? Not bad, guess i'll be trading NFS The Run for sure, maybe a few other games.

What does "PR" only mean? And how did he manage to get $25.20 for KOA:R? I traded mine in for $12 plus 40% the other day.

PR = Puerto Rico

That might explain why his store gives more for KOA:R than those in the U.S.

For $12 before bonuses, I'll keep my KOA. Even if I don't know when I'll ever play it.

In other news, any guess as to whether or not the TIVs will take a dive on the 25th and 26th for the xtra $5 per game promo?

GS isn't as bad as BBY tanking during promotions. Time will tell.

Have the Price is Right ready for trade in on Wednesday, hope it holds that value.

Btw. Does anyone know if coupons at GS will stack? I've got my B2G1 coupon still to use and have enough points for a $5 off. Can I use them together? GS employee wasn't sure when I called earlier

I'm sure GS welcomes the influx of games. They will still likely be able to sell them to soccer moms (Like when they actually increased the TIV of Batman AC during the flip fest)
