On your confirmation email you should have a link to your pending order. You can pay it through there later when the site is restored.

I wonder if anyone got in on it when it was $11.25 when the page finally loaded for me that showed me 11.25 it was already bombed to shit just keeps saying problem loading page now.

First you had the people who got the base game for $15 and they felt like heroes... then you had the people who got the 4 pack for $22 and then they felt godly... now people are getting the 4 pack for $11.25! Next is 4 pack for $6.

At what point have you locked in the sale? Obviously after you've paid, but I've heard people talk about being able to go back later and complete a sale after they had reached a certain point.

The email has a line saying "To check on the status of your order..." with a link. That page will allow you to complete the payment. But you'll have to wait for the site to stop being hammered. The pending order should be good for a long while... I paid my Bethesda pack order about 12 hours after I placed it.
