^ Looks like miscommunication thanks to a missing comma. lol

Went to Kmart in Dover Delaware today and nothing good at all on clearance. Mostly $15 Guitar Heroes, and $20 everything else.

So if the 25% off clearance sale works on an item, does it only show up on the register when they total out the transaction? I had a clerk scan something to see if it got the 25% and it came up at the regular clearance price, and I didn't have time to try to get her to total it out just to see what would happen. It's the Resistance 3 Doomsday bundle, and the ad just says "clearance games" so I don't know how successful I would be trying to argue with a manager over it either.

Picked up Heavy Rain Director's Cut and God of War Collection Ultimate Combo Pack for $45 total. I grabbed a circular at the front because I knew they wouldn't ring up 25% off. Sure enough I had to show the clerk to get the discount. The GoW combo pack was priced at $36, Heavy Rain was $20. I finally got my red DS3!

Is there anyway to search for that GOW bundle?

I went into my kmart and it looks like the games disappered like they did at sears. You dif noticed with the wii because they had about 20 empty holes.

The GOW bundle isn't on clearance at every store from what I understand, so even if you find one it might not ring up on clearance. Though I have to have an ultimatum at my store now, if the correct price does not show on one of the scanners I am not even attempting to buy an item since they will not budge on price or honor their own ads.

the clerk had to override mine as well as the register did not auto take off the discount. i found out that the bundle was on clearance by getting it scanned with gun

Checked out my local KMart, picked up all the games for around $30 with the 25% discount - the clearance games don't take off at the register, so bring their ad.

Oh what the hell!!! I've been to like 6 different kmarts this month and last and didn't find those!!! But I did get The saboteur for $6..... DAMN IT ALL!!!!

Against my better judgment, I visited my local Kmart and found what I already figured would be true. Only a few games were on clearance with other electronics no one would want and the items that are on clearance were very over-priced. Should I be looking somewhere besides the electronics department for clearance games?

There is a couple of the Wolverine game left. I'll check it out next time I am there and maybe we can work out a trade . BTW, I enjoyed the Saboteur alot, not great but a fun game and a decent story line.

Most of the gems I found are behind the glass case, ask one of the employees to open it up for you and pick up the ones you want while asking them to do a price check. All the games on the clearance tables, IMHO are truly junk, I guess they put the less desirable games there so they won't get stolen/lifted/damaged/etc.

Oh how I wish our local Kmarts were like that still. The cases were packed with row upon row of stuff stashed behind each other. It was nice. You could walk in, have them pull out X, Y and Z games and walk out with 4-10 games for $20 every time.

Now anything $19.99 or under is on the appropriate rack outside the case and properly marked.

Yeah I lucked out, both of my local KMart have lazy employees and just put all the modern games behind the glass case all out of order and in different angles. So you actually have to ask the employees to open the case just to see whats there. Both the KMarts do have games outside the cases but mostly Wii, PS2, Gamecube, PSP games out. I basically picked clean the whole video game section but I am still waiting for games to drop: Transformers: WC, Just Cause 2, Enslaved, Vanquish.

The only good part about my local Kmarts is that the PS EYEs and PS3 chatpads aren't even marked at most of the stores here. So hopefully they'll drop to 75% off or so and I can snag them then. If they get cheap enough I plan on giving one to my buddies' family and one to his nieces so they can keep in touch via PSN video chat when they're gone back to Maine.

I went looking for $5 Wii games, but the case was barren. However, that led to the serendipitous discovery of a copy of the Metroid Trilogy, which had been buried away for years.

My closest store doesn't have enough stock to make that worthwhile. I would prefer people keep their jobs anyway.
