Is the Gotham community still alive? When the game was new-ish a bunch of people on my friend list were playing, but now nobody does.

Also tempted by Trine 2, even though the first game couldn't hold my interest. How is the multiplayer?

Sure, GCI is probably the best one there. But it's also the most expensive by far, and it's just MP shooter. Those, no matter how awesome, always tend to die out sooner or later.
Well, Nexuiz is MP only, SMR should be played in co-op, because sp is soooo boring - last time i was trying to find people no one played it...

In other hand GCI community is still active.

Ugh this is a tough choice. I can spend 200 points and get a game that I may not play/may die out. Or I can spend 800 points that I think I'll enjoy but may die out since it's a multiplayer game and those do die out. Or I can just get SMR and call it a day...ugh choices!

I own SMR on PS3 but haven't tried it yet, is it really that bad in solo?

And I only say I'd get Nexuiz because I don't really ever pass up $2.50 games.

Crackdown 1200 ($15.00) 25% off

Honestly, based on how much you could get a retail copy of each of these, they're still pretty expensive.
Mass Effect and Viva Pinata: TIP are pretty good buys out of those.

Used prices for those at GameStop:

Borderlands - $19.99 (GOTY edition is $23.99 new, $21.99 used)
Mass Effect - $29.99
Crackdown - $2.99
Viva Pinata: TIP - $24.99
Velvet Assassin - $9.99 ($14.99 new)
Viva Pinata - $9.99

Not bad, but i have little to no fun playing alone. My second run with 2 friends was much better.

Picked up Shoot Many Robots, Trine 2 and Nexuiz.

Was going to pick up Worms 2 but realized I didn't have the points at the moment.

I added the COD DLC Sale coming next week to the OP as well, still needs a few links if anyone feels like doing it.

Also, I've added a "Deals Graveyard" section at the bottom of the page (approved by ReddJoey). If removing items from the OP, please paste them here behind a spoiler tag, that way ReddJoey can make sure to catch everything when he updates his 2012 XBL Sales list which is kept in the 3rd post.

$15.89 on Amazon/FSSS as well, if anyone would rather pick it up there.

I think I'll buy it (from Newegg with ShopRunner), for me it's basically $4 each for Super Puzzle Figther, Wolf, Rocketmen, and 1942. I own the other 4 games.

Thanks.

I ended up buying Conan and PoP:TFS last night before the sale 'ended'.
wow my hard drive is gonna be in trouble....gonna get SMR, worms armageddon (if anyone wants to play those add me), and i've been wanting borderlands and mass effect GOD to go on sale because borderlands is the kind of game i like to play for 30 minutes here and there, perfect game to have on the HD because of that. so if i sell my GOTY edition i'll still have the DLC and itll probably cover the cost of the god version i'm sure. and with mass effect, again, i play the game so much i'd rather be able to just launch it and ebay my disc copy. great sale.

actually wait. borderlands 2 comes out in a few months. which means 1 might be irrelevant to me then. hm. might actually pass on that since i doubt i'll have any reason to ever play 1 again once 2 comes out.

On PS3, the Gotham City Impostors community died fairly quickly. I had it at launch and it was very fun, but within a couple of weeks it was taking me 10-15 minutes just to get into a game and when I did get into a game, it was full of high level players who used the cheapest exploits to win.

Whoa, Nexuiz is only 200 MSP? That game must have tanked in sales. I've heard nothing but bad things about it, but I honestly can't pass up that new of a game for just 200 points. I wish we'd see more games hit that magical price point. 600 is iffy for me, 400 is almost a definite purchase, and 200 is an instabuy.

Yes. I have a weekly GCI session w/ a group of friends. And we tend to play GCI outside our scheduled sessions as well. I haven't been playing as much lately since I'm working through my backlog, but every time I'm online, I always see a couple of friends playing.

There's a pretty healthy GCI community on 360. We hardly ever have to wait to get in a match. I don't recall, even recently, having any trouble finding a match at any time, day or night.

Mass Effect is $19.99 new so that $29.99 is just absurd. And even still for a game that came out in 2007, $15 on sale isn't that good.

I didn't see new copies of ME available on GameStop's website, but they are on Amazon for $19.99. You're right, maybe not as good of a deal. But I'm a little biased in favor of fairly-priced Games on Demand titles, so I'd still take a $15 digital copy over a $20 new physical copy every time.

Has anyone won on the scratch and win game? Its on the new Xbox app called sales and specials app+. Wondering what the prize is. Also gives you some more offers on sales. Has a chain reaction part. Which is you buy one offer and you unlock the next offer.

Is it available to download on US Xbox's? I was under the assumption it wasn't out yet.

Also, are the controls in Alone in the Dark as wonky as the video reviews make them look?
