They should change this from DOTD to something else. Like just "Deal"... Best Buy Deal! Cause the 'of the day" part implies it's an everyday occurrence, and this clearly isn't.

Anyway, I'm hoping they do something similar with NHL 12 that they did with madden 12. Would love that for 10 bucks

Ugggh, they just did the $100 iTunes gift card for $80 relatively recently. I'm only mad cause I can't say no.

There are 2 gaming deals each week so its still relevant

I unfortunately still have about $90+ from the last time $100 itunes GC went on sale for $80.
I think I bought Legos HP cause it was on sale and Neverwinter Nights...which is unfortunate, cause I sold off my mac to upgrade to a better Windows Laptop so I play Diablo 3 on the go.

To bad Mac's App Store can't be used on Windows.

Me too, except for the PS3 version. I ordered within a few minutes as well, and it was listed as in stock for hours after my order.

I normally do in store pickup but I've found on big order situations like this they seem to just kind of fill the orders randomly and then go out of stock. No store I had been to had more than 1 or 2.

Of course, for how well it worked out I may as well have just ordered for in-store pickup.

Yep. Worked out well for my in store pick up.

Unfortunately didn't work out as well for those that ordered online for delivery. :|

Yeah, I've had a few orders from online cancelled. I would go in store, but seeing as how the closest one is almost a half hour away, it's just not worth the drive. I still have a Kmart five minutes away though...oh wait, what's that? They don't really do deals anymore? Oh.

Shipping is 3.50 Which is curious, because I can ship a game myself for less than that... padded mailer included. Is Best Buy saying that as large as their outfit is, the can't do it for less than $2?

Picked up a PS3 copy via in store pick up. I can't say no to a $5 game.
