I'm in the market for new surround sound speakers and would like any suggestions. My current speakers blew out and want to get something a little better. I'm not an audiophile but would like to hear the deepness and clarity of all the games I'm playing. I'm mostly going to be using it for blu ray movies and ps3/360 games.

I was looking at the logitech z906 and was wondering if this is what cheapyd has? What do you guys use? Any brands that you swear by?

I just got the Energy Take Classic set and love them. Can't vouch for the sub as I just got the 5.0 set and kept the small sub I already had since I'm in a high rise condo and can't have a big/loud sub.

My surround setup is not CAG friendly. Speakers - Definitive Technology. Receiver - Pioneer Elite. I got a decent deal on my receiver (couple years back) thus got something a little more than I needed.

My suggestion is go down to your local store and check out what sounds best for you at the price you want to pay.

+1 for Energy. I have a C-series set (discontinued) and they sound amazing.

Heh, same type of setup I've got. And no, by no means CAG friendly.
