I would have said the same but they said "in-store only" on their site so slim chance they'll adjust the price unless you get a lenient CS.

Got my codes today from my NCAA pickup yesterday.

to be honest aren't most of the BB games this way, $5 -$15 games $25-$35 in credit on games, DOTD's LOL this fall is gonna be amazing.

You think there will be some really good deals later this year? Wonder what we can expect....

Hmmm I have yet to receive my code from the NCAA pick up yesterday.

I wonder if it is because I picked it up before receiving the "your order is ready for pick up" email or they are just slow with mine. I preordered on July 6.

Yeah you're not suppose to go to the store before you get the ready for pickup email so that could have screwed it up. Did you get the email thanking you for your pickup?

I still haven't received codes for my 2 orders I picked up Sunday. And asking BB employees in store is pointless because they all give different answers. Probably going to have to call come Saturday. Had no problem getting the pre-order bonus for NCAA though.

Yes I did get the "thanks for pickup" email shortly after transaction.

I asked her, and she said although I didn't get the ready email, I shouldn't have an issue. The item was wrapped with the order number on the shelf ready to go. I just didn't get the ready email.

Odd... first time this happened. This is also the first time I preordered online for store pick up.

I don't think pre-orders get the same "Item is ready to be picked up" email that other orders do - I think they just get an email a day or two ahead of time saying the order will be ready to be picked up on the release date. For example, I got that email on Monday for the Tuesday release date.

I got the same email that you mentioned notifying me that it would be ready for pick up on July 10.

That was the only "ready" email I got. I wasn't sure what to expect since this was my first experience with preordering online for store pick up.

Note: Don't cancel an order that you used a $10 code on or you won't probably get it back.

0% chance. The only way to get it is by pre-ordering and you can only get 1 per title anyways....unless you use someone elses RZ account.

Also, anyone get the confirmation of the $20 RZC pending in their account for NCAA yet? I never got that, but I returned it today anyways, so I doubt it matters. Just curious.

I'm pretty sure you have to wait 30 days for the $20 cert to show up in your account but since you returned the game you wont be getting it.

Another horrible in store pickup experience tonight. Tried to pick up ncaa pre-order, th CS agent mumbled something about the system not working but for me not worry and that i would get my game. They tried to sell me another one. I asked about my preorder bonuses and $10 store pickup code, they said not to worry, it would go through. I was hesitant since, if the system was down, how would they close out the preorder transaction and my bonuses be applied?

Called best buy CS who said that the order could not be completed that way. It would just cancel out since it was never completed and i would lose all bonuses (20 rz preorder bonus, 10 in store pickup, and email dlc code.). Explained it again to CS in store and they changed their tune to "oh sorry, thats right, you wouldnt get any of that...." This happens to me all the time with in store pickup at this store....

I changed all my store pickup orders (including ncaa) to a store 30 minutes away.

I have a store like that. What is worse, they divide up my orders, so it gives them credit for more pick ups or something and it always negates my online bonuses. When they had the spend $100 get $10 GC deal, they broke up my order into 6 different pickup receipts and I had to call CS to get my $10 (which I have a case number for and still have not received from black friday).

Sounds like you guys just have crappy stores. Mine's great. Went in yesterday for my NCAA pickup and was out again in 5 minutes. Had the dlc code in my email when I got home (10 min drive max) and got the $10 for in-store pickup today.
