I don't believe Dragon's Dogma was ever confirmed to be Capcom's most expensive game to date, but it definitely had the largest staff with 150 Capcom employees and another 150 outside contractors. It sounded like they went into development with the expectation that it would appeal to the West and become a new flagship franchise for them, but last month's sales predictions were only 1.5 million, so I think they eventually lost faith in the title. According to vgchartz.com they're only about halfway there, and half those sales came from Japan, so it didn't quite reach the intended audience. I doubt they're just gonna throw away the franchise, though. I mean, the name's out there now, so you might as well just hand it off to some C-tier Western studio for some quick and easy cash, no?

Prometheus really was a disappointing mess but to see Charlize Theron's ass in that skin tight black jumpsuit was easily worth $5

Ship, it seems like you're having so many problems with your BRAND NEW PC. Even I felt frustrated seeing your tweets. I was getting ready to purchase mine a few months back when I ran into ibuypower, did some research and heard a lot of testimonials about their terrible service. Needless to say you should have went with Digital Storm instead. 2 week turnaround and top-notch customer service. I guess it's too late to say to return it? Anyways, happy PC Gaming.

I actually enjoy the CAG 'coverage' more than the big sites. All I need to do is go to my podcast feed when I get home from work, spend 30 minutes rather than 2 hours of reading articles to catch up on the happenings of E3. Not as good as the Bombcast shows but still great.

Cheapy is a marketing genius.

Wombat does the Audible commercial. He promotes it by saying he just got Game of Thrones. Cheapy then tells him how dumb he is and that he should just watch the Blu-rays.

I think Digital Storm is more expensive, but it's worth it to avoid the hassle. Avoid ibuypower and cyberpower like the plague.

Is saying "waiting on line" to describe people physically waiting in a line a New York thing? I noticed it a lot in this episode.

I was the CAG who ran into Cheapy outside the Zen appointment. He must remember things differently because he wasn't "short" or anything other than completely friendly and gracious.

He let me talk his ear off for almost 10 minutes so if anything I'm sorry for interrupting his rest time. It really was a pleasure to meet him in person and it made me even happier to be a CAG for all these years.

Dang, getting to Bombcast length, but I'm being honest when I say it's a nice length.

The same specs he got can be had for $1499 except for the 16gb of ram. The Digital Storm ODE V2 at that price offers 8gb of ram. I'd happily pay a bit extra just for their customer service alone, all the techs there are extremely generous and helpful.

Wombat, stick with the books. Don't listen to Cheapy. After you are done with Game of Thrones, I guarantee you will know more about that world and story than Cheapy. The HBO series does a great job, and I definitely recommend watching after you are done reading, but it is nothing compared to the book.

Digital Storm is where I plan to buy my next PC from. I got my current one from Cyberpower in 2007 and they'll never see another cent from me.

Great show yet again, guys. Very interesting to hear about you dealing with people who have listened to the show in a "business" context. Honestly the idea of someone listening to the previous podcast (which was awesome and one of your best) and then meeting you guys right after at E3 is pretty funny. Still the occasional TMI nature of the CAGcast is what makes it one of the best podcasts in existence, so keep at it I say.
