Hey guys! Give this a look! Saints Row the 3rd for Xbox 360 is on Groupon today! Kind of wish it was a digital copy, but still $29 is pretty damn fine. You pay $3 at checkout so it's technically $32 but still a good deal.

When did groupon start selling games?

Also I think SR3 has hit $30 quite frequently. Although font forget many still have a usable $5 off groupon code making it $27

When Udraw didn't sell and THQ needed to find some alternate ways to sell games and make money?

This is interesting. A lot of people who wouldn't normally know this game exists will see it. I wonder how many discs are going to be ripped out drive trays and trashed when mom sees the pony cart scene and is disgusted at what she bought her kid.

It is very much worth noting that GameStop has the PC version available for digital download for $16.99. I understand that the original Groupon deal is for the Xbox 360 version, but, for those with a good enough PC, the PC version may be the better way to go.

Yeah the digital version of this game has had lots of enviable sales, but I only play on consoles so I'm still waiting for ~$15 on this.

Also, the pic is a total ripoff of fellow CAG ncogneto's avatar. I never see him around anymore, but love the pic and still like to use it once in a while.

First time I've seen a video game as a Groupon deal.

$3 shipping fee for me, I'll pass -- even with the $5 goods discount they're offering until the 28th. This'll be $25 or less within a month.

I've waited this long, so I'll continue to wait until Best Buy has it for a DOTD for like $15-$20.

Yeah I completely agree with the game being super fun. I picked it up when it came out for $24.99 at BB, it had been sittng in my backlog until last week and boy have my friends and I had a blast playing it so far!

I also agree with some of the other posters, the game will be less than $30 bucks again in a few weeks.

It's a ton of fun, but I want the DLC as well and that can be costly...:-\

They all not very good, I felt like I wasted money on them. I really enjoyed the game also (more than the other two)

This is $29.99 at target this week or pm at best buy/Walmart if you don't want to go the groupon route. I guess with groupon you can use the $5 credit and get cash back of 5-10% from upromise, ebates etc.

The real way this could be a deal is if it was like living social where if 3 people buy from your referral link you get your deal for free but I don't think groupon does this. I guess we could start a referral chain to get the $10 reward for referring other users.
