^ Captain America is a pretty good Mirrors Edge type game, got it for a dollar awhile back and don't regret it. If you don't have it yet get it. Drakerider isn't free fyi, it's says it's $21 for the full game you only get the first of five chapters free.

Edit: So apparently the game doesn't work. It's been updated recently, and now there will just be a loading wheel in the center of the screen.

After I played the tutorial, I couldn't play the game again. Oh well. They'll fix it.

For some reason Fieldrunners was on my Appshopper wishlist, dropped to 99c and got an update:

It strikes me as odd that retina display support is still "coming soon" even though the iPhone 4 has been out for over 2 years.

I installed Temple Run Brave even though all the reviews say it gets stuck on the main screen but it works great on my iPad 2.

Yeah, not as good as Mirror's Edge, but that is pretty much the style of play. Looks like the sale is over already, it is up to $2.99. I'll probably keep playing, which is more than I can say for that Thor game.

I grabbed it when it was released and haven't had much in the way of glitches. There was one value glitch, but other than that, it's been fine. I'm not digging how slow it is to make money, but I guess that is part of the freemium charm.

The Sam & Max Beyond Time and Space episodes are on sale for 99 cents each to celebrate 25 years of Sam & Max. I hope the links are right, I copied one, pasted it 5 times and then modified to make it easier to do on my phone (CAG is blocked at work).

Edit: I should mention that episode 1 is often free, and was actually raised to 99 cents for this sale event.

It's pretty bad. Basic button masher, with very little to mix things up (So far. I'm only on level 2).

You're not missing out on much. The game is broken as of now constantly crashing after the initial first stage comic and judging from the most recent reviews, I'm not alone. Glad I didn't pay for this.

Ironically Temple Run Brave works fine for me, it's just annoying that it has pop ups now, not quite ads but more like game tips. I saw the black screen with the waiting circle like others complained about but it only took 2 seconds and a pop up came up and I just tapped the "x" in the upper left corner and I was able to get through many runs.

Temple Run Brave does work on my iPhone 4, but it is verrrryyy slow to start a game. I get a spinning wheel and a black screen for a long time and then finally it brings up a tip, and then it will start. So it works, but has issues. More importantly, though, I find this game a lot harder to see what's going on in in comparison to Temple Run. It's darker or there's not enough contrast, or something. I find it frustrating. Deleted.

TR: Brave works great on my iPad 2. It loads fast and it's very playable. I must have a special iPad 2.
