Using an iPhone, is there a way to purchase from the App store without downloading?

Since I don't have an ISP at home, I usually have to wait until I'm on the road and at a hotel to download larger apps. This means I cannot always take advantage of free offers.

I have found that if I purchase an app, quickly turn my WiFi on, then pause the download, it'll save the icon for me to resume when I have a connection. But I hope there is a simpler solution to this.

Not from the phone, if you have iTunes you can purchase it from a computer and then download it later to the phone but as far as I know that's the only other choice.

I got it too. I played for three and a half hours yesterday and beat the game. It was a total blast. Highly recommend.

10000000 is a blast I'm like 10 hrs in (between devices), much easier on the iPad but still fun on the go with my iPod, hooked. going back to it now.

Eh, BL2 was everything BL promised to be, but wasn't. Really, really loved BL2.

ARC Squadron (universal) has just been released and is on sale for $0.99 for the next 24hrs. Afterwords it will go up to $4.99. It's a Star Fox esque game (minus annoying rabbit and frog) Insta-buy for me.

Had to chime in and concur that 10000000 is indeed awesome. If you're used to Bejeweled-style match-3, the matching controls/mechanic may seem backwards to you at first, but you'll get used to it. Love the "grinding" and "leveling up" process -- it's almost cathartic in a sense.

FYI, iOS 6.0.1 is out. Bug fixes. Settings app -> General -> Software Update

Roads of Rome HD is on sale for free. Looks like it might be good.

There are jailbreaks for 6.0, just not for the good devices. :-)

Be optimistic! I'm sure the one that was being worked on will be fine for 6.0.1, so we'll have a JB for both in a couple of weeks.

I had heard that an untethered JB for 6.0 had been developed, but not yet released. My hope was that they were just waiting until 6.0.1 was available before releasing it so as not to give Apple a chance to include a block for the JB method in 6.0.1.

Yea I read up on it later last night. They are still planning on releasing the 6.0 jailbreak at some point. Odd that I couldn't get the 6.0 blobs on some of my devices though. I always try to grab them when I new update is out and I know I tried to get the 6.0 ones when it released. I've got them through tinyumbrella for some of my devices but not others. I only care about getting the jailbreak for 6.0 for iPhone 5. I've got all my other devices jailbroken and 6.0 is pretty much worthless imo so I don't see a reason to upgrade and rejailbreak for it for the rest.

The tethered jb for non a5 devices is available for 6.0.1.
