Ha! Me too, I've been waiting for this one pack ($2).

I guess at this point it kind of feels like the dialy sale is just rotating around the flash and vote deals. Maybe I'm just getting all confused with the recent Amazon sales :P

Anyone have any good intel on Costume Quest? I had Psychonauts so its the only thing in the pack I would have gotten on top of Stacking. I have a feeling someone will say its good so then I have to admit my defeat at the hands of le Steam.
Costume Quest is one of my favorite games in recent years. It's very simple mechanics-wise (turn-based RPG, little buffing of characters) but it's so charming! I saw it as an homage to childhood and imagination.

$3.75 is a very good price for it, and it includes the DLC. I bought both at ful price when they were only on console and felt they were worth the asking price. Maybe, maybe the game makes it to a Humble Bundle, but that could be awhile.

I bought Stacking at 50% off, already had psychonauts and costume quest and the dlc. Costume quest actually had me wanting to finish as quick as possible. I freaking love halloween and this game brought back flashbacks from my childhood roaming among the dinosaurs. lol Also had bought Dear Esther for the wife and I at 50% off.

Unless the current deal is different than the one I bought before, it comes with a second quest as well!

I hate you both. I hate myself. No, I hate you both.

Yes, I bought it.

And now to cut myself for overpaying $3.74

I'm in the same boat... I don't even like trains! Maybe we should start a support group.

The DLC still comes to over $1000 and all of it is 50% off. I understand you don't need it all but still...

Damage so Far

So far I've gotten the Doublefine Collection and the Orcs Must Die collection. I've been waiting for years to get Sins of a Solar Empire, and it's available for $10 throughout the sale. I should probably go for it. I just hate that I'll have to register for yet another online service.

Almost pulled the trigger on Arkham City, but I don't know if my PC is powerful enough to do it justice.

How are the Company of Heroes expansions? Will I be fine just getting the base game?
Old 07-17-2012, 05:39 PM   #499
Anyone have thoughts on stacking, Costume Quest, and Shoot Many Robots?

Mostly tempted by Stacking and Costume Quest but I don't want to buy blindly if I can avoid it.

Is Steam going to have Arkham City GOTY? I like the look of the franchise pack except I have AA and don't want Imposters.
