I have to say its pretty stupid that I cannot see what draft picks I have or another team has in all rounds. I want to make trades but can't find this information.

Hah! I may have read Smith's wrong though. 7 million over 3 years... Though 2 and change million seems pretty cheap for him. He's only rated in the mid/high 70s though. I may have just overpaid by 3x.

also last night i signed CB J allen overall 81 to a deal last night looked in salary and he was all straight new contract posted and everything went in just now and his contract is back to 1 year remaining and the salary didnt come back to my team when it changed his contract. N8 will i get automatic dibs on this guy since i already signed him once and took a cap hit from it. im not sure wut caused this. Uber didnt we have this happen to a few others in the other league i cant quite remember for sure

just making this list of guys that are on my teams that i need to sign so once we advance no one question its

So im looking at my team and I can't believe I'm about to franchise a punter (I know teams have done it in real life, still seems weird) but Lechler is a valuable part of my team considering how much I punt. He led the league in punts, yards, net yards, and second in average punt distance. Can't afford to replace him right now.

If you go to the trade menu, the drop down thing where you can change position shows you what picks you have under "Picks"

hmmm so jza i just tried wut u did and cut players that denied contracts with me and when i cut them they said i would save money thru cutting them but before i cut them it i checked my current cap space balance in team salaries then once i cut them went to see if it changed and nothing did so thoughs guys fake contract werent actually on the book must be part of the ea mess up

but then i did some more things like i went to players that said they had one year that werent in my resign area and when i went to cut them it said i would save this much but would get a cap penalty of however much then i would cancel. so im thinking or atleast hoping that if a cap penalty pops up thats means there still actually signed unless of course they didnt have a bonus in there contract but everyone that need to be signed didnt have bonuses shouldnt be hard to figure this part out at all

then from there i cut a player on my team that i didnt want on the team becuz hes getting over paid so i cut him and when i cut him the money i cut him for to save actually shows in the team salaries. im thinking i might be on to something but not 100% sure yet but the guy i cut had 3 years left on his deal not 1 but morfe than 1 i did that to make sure how things would work

might be on to more i went to team needs and after cutting all the players that wouldnt resign with me i went to team needs to check on the expiring contract section of team needs and i have zero expiring contracts which means everyone i have with 1 year still should be good to keep until the next offseason. everyone else should check this out and see if it the same for them as well that way if all this that i have found holds any grounds and we have enough people to help back this up as all true we might have found a way to fix the off season confusion for good in this league as well as the other league. like bv said we have the chance to take care of this and better prepare and i think if we find anything we should 100% for sure pass the knowledge but we wont know for sure unless everyone tries this or atleast 4 or 5 others

I can't even get to the trade menu on the game, it's not something I can select. I can only select roster, progress players, injury report and depth chart.

Try going to the website and make a trade.

I hope that's true. Matt Ryan is one of my 1 year no resign option players.

Just to be on the safe side, I'm making a list of my one year remaining, no resign option players. This is predominately for my benefit though. Just need a place to find it just in case.

Isn't it incredible that we're all racking our brains this hard and wasting so much time trying to figure out something that should have required no thought at all? It's like we're trying to cure cancer in here. Just get shit right, EA! Jesus!

Trades are locked right now anyway. I think they should open up when we advance tonight.

4 years at 2.2 mil for a 32 year old fullback? Am I missing something. Sounds like crazy money for someone who's a dime a dozen and only used on a few plays. Even if Polite is a 88 ovr.

I only had one guy I wanted to resign...Hartline. Other than that I should be fine.
