michael floyd 1st round pick and 2nd round pick. along with the 1st round pick i had. and from my draft i got 4 starters total. MLB Center Kicker and Return man. ya i dont regret moving roddy white yet. but i havent had to play him yet either but i know what he can do since i use to have him i know hes dangerous. but floyd isnt anything to sneeze at. i acutally picked up a total of 6 new starters during the offseason/draft. upgrades everywhere

This has become a recurring problem for you, both in the thread and in PMs. Whenever you have a trade up you post repeatedly in the thread trying to hurry the committee, despite the fact that you've been asked repeatedly to stop. You also send me PMs about it, even when I tell you the committee is working on it.

So yes, what Pitfall complained about is entirely consistent with what I've seen. I'm glad that you're eager and excited about the league, but you need to understand that not everybody is on your schedule and have some patience. Moreover, and someone needs to tell you this, sending multiple question marks with every post/PM (as you seem to do) comes across as incredibly rude.

I won't even go into calling somebody a dickhead in the thread, because you've now already been warned about that.

In short, take it down a notch. Several notches, ideally.

i can understand this to a point.... in my eyes at least man was tryin to schedule his game which some people care nothing about... pitfall should have just simply replied ill let u know or something.of that sort or handled it thru pms and ask him to chill... comin out like that in the thread was uncalled for and a dickhead move.... idda been upset to if he came at me like that.... im sure u guys would of to even tho i saw u agreed with pitfalls comment.... people jumpin in and getting pissed cause there opponent is trying to set up there game dont make much sense to me... i wish sometimes other people would try to contact me first which rarely happens unless its the main core of guys who.use the thread...

It isn't the fact that man2008 is trying to schedule his games, obviously we're all for that. It's how he goes about that which was an issue for Pitfall, and even though I didn't see the 3 PMs he sent I've seen enough from him to know exactly what he means, and that's why I agreed.

Sending somebody three PMs in one day is excessive to begin with, and when you end each one with 3-5 question marks like Man does it comes across as harassing and rude, which I'm sure is what pitfall took exception to. Keep in mind it was Man who brought it up in the thread, pitfall just responded to his post.

If this was the first time this had been issue, I wouldn't make a big deal out of it, but he's been specifically asked to cool it before. Plus calling pitfall names, which was completely out of line.

I can only give my reasoning, but I thought with some of the players that were traded for 3rd rounders recently that the 2nd was a bit too much. Admittedly, Wolfe has some nice numbers for key DE attributes, but I didn't think it was enough. I also weighed the fact that I found an end with a similar overall in the 4th round this past draft.

I understand people have thight schudules specially around this time of the year but so is mine because people don't come to work during this time of the year which causes me to get held over so yes when I'm free or off from work im eager to schudule my game but some people like to wait to the last minute for some reason

This is random, but I think I figured out why some of the players didn't show up on the negotiating screen at the beginning of the offseason.

If you've failed to negotiate a deal for any particular player during the season and you don't have enough cap space for what the tag would cost for said player, I believe, that makes the player unavailable during the beginning of free agency.

I know last year is over and done wit but this was a problem week 1 last year vs the saints I pm but no reply and the game got sim or y'all let him play the CPU and the score was like 49 - 7 is something like that

i dunno what is expected but i alwYs pm before we advance asking when they can play.... if they dont respond in a reasonable.amount of time to.me i post in the thread to make everyone aware im trying... still no.response i pm the commisioners saying i pmd this guy and got no.response... let them know so.ur game dont get simmed but also make sure ur schedule isnt unrealistic like u can only play an hour thus day or.thT day...

That's not at all what happened. Anyone who wants to go back and look at the thread can see pretty plainly that each of you posted like 5 times that you couldn't get in contact with the other. I specifically remember because you even posted it in the Wisconsin deals thread and we all had a laugh about it. You two couldn't get on the same page and we simmed it.

You can't just make things up. Well, you can I suppose, but when anyone can search back in the thread and see what really happened, you end up looking pretty silly.

BV's trade was rejected! Revis was kind of put on the trade block! Come on guys, we have better things to get into.

Off-topic (I'll derail this somehow): Barclays Center is really nice. Definitely going to try to catch some college hoops there this year. BUT I absolutely hate the Nets' "BROOOOK LYNNNNN" chant. Not sure if you can hear it on TV. I live in Brooklyn and I hate it. It sounds just like the "DARRRR YLLLLLL" taunt for Daryl Strawberry. They sound like they are taunting their own team! Idiots! I'm looking forward to this rivalry though. It was a very fun game to be at last night, despite the stupid chant and the use of every song with the words "Brooklyn" in it 10000x. I don't know how you become a diehard Brooklyn Nets fan (unless you were a New Jersey Nets fan), but I'm looking forward to the next one.

Rams and Browns may be happening tomorrow; still discussing.

I've had some very interesting preliminary discussions about Revis. It may all be for nothing, but it's good to hear what is out there. With my Rivers contract I may have to turn Revis into a bunch of smaller pieces even if I'm able to resign the guy. So we'll see come Week 5 or so.

edit: I'm a complete IDIOT for not realizing my cap situation and that Landry was an expiring deal last year. I could have at least tried to get something back for him. I know he wouldn't land the haul Revis might, but letting him go for nothing still hurts looking back at it.
