Never had a problem with their service. I love AWD and from time to time stuff as the one I posted above happens (to me or others). No big deal. Worse come to worse, I return it for a refund if it was incomplete (in case of a collectors edition) or damaged beyond what is acceptable compared to what was mentioned in the described condition. Either way I scored a great game at a great price so couldn't be happier. Thanks AWD.

By comparison, I've had much better luck with them than with goHastings.

Maybe I am the minority but I have ordered several times from goHastings and couple of times the ordered items did not meet expectations (missing items or such) but each time their customer service came through. Once they sent the missing items free of charge and of course the other times, with lack of missing items in stock, refunded me for the items in question. What's even better is that the same rule applies to their used items as it does to AWDs as in DLC maybe missing or used and 3 out of 5 times I scored the DLC even when not expecting it (Gears of War LE, ME3:CE, and Fable III:LE). I am happy with them so far.

Hmm. Perhaps dealing with them right now on a scratched disc is coloring my perceptions negatively.

I have run into that problem with buying a previously owned copy from them once but not yet when buying used ones. Regardless that does suck if the description given did not tell you so before hand that it would be in the condition you received. I hope they come through for you as they have for me. Good luck!

Dang! My "good" copy of The Walking Dead with the "perfectly playable disc" - just showed up and it's got an obvious bump/small crack in it. And I got it for myself as a Christmas present... Way to go me! Back to lurking this board for another copy...

I forgot to report that the Good copy of The Walking Dead () I ordered was, in fact, still shrink-wrapped (Microsoft seal unbroken on the side), and there was a small cut on the case's plastic on the left-front side, easily remedied by switching cases with the copy of Warriors Orochi 2 I'm planning on trading in to GS soon.

dang i just spent my credit on books would have so snatched up dark souls

Dark Souls still sitting there, asking me to spend $10 on soul crushing frustration...

Doritos Crash Course...I remember that game. I could never go past that wheel of death. :(

I'm so so glad I sold dark souls (After I beat it clocking like 50 hours)

My "like new" copy never showed. Amazon thinks its lost. If you don't mind me asking did you order on Sunday when the 3 were listed for

The night of the day that came out, me and my two roommates flew through the US and Europe levels pretty smoothly and proceeded to stay up until ~4am when we finally managed to clear all the damn Japan courses. Best free game ever
