The beta or the actual game?

The full game is Free to Play, so think of the beta as more of an early access pass.

Yeah, you're right. I read your response and instantly the wanted poster from the box Missing:Since January popped in my head. I've played Still Life 1 and 2, not sure I've played Post Mortem.
Earlier I had thought the Groupees bundle would have this

Yeah, and this was the look I gave when I realized I was wrong once again.

What kind of wizardry are you using to find this info? Also, the twitter link is broken (or page no longer exists).

Metal Drift is a disappointing daily deal..

Instead of posting the Saturday deal I'm just going to link to the $1-$2 copies in the trade thread.

Something I've been kind of curious about.

I got Dungeon Defenders awhile back for cheap, messed around in it for a half-dozen hours, thought it was neat, but never took it online or anything.

Seeing the constant content updates and DLC rolling out for that game, is there, like, a big player base?

Are there people that are really into that game? Or do they just add content because they aren't working on anything else and people pick it up on occasion thinking they're going to get really into Dungeon Defenders one day?

It's been a couple of months, but I've never had an issue getting into a game with players close enough to my level to have fun.

The peak player count today was about 3,000 and there are 1,400 right now. Of course not all of them are in matchmaking.

That's why it's appropriate to tell the friends you don't like.

Thats a Hawken key up for grabs. I think it has to be redeemed on their site. I have too many great games I haven't touched to bother with betas. Its from my IGN Prime thing, not the ones being passed out by CAG. Any impressions? I don't know anything about this game.

Dungeon Defenders has a good player base. I have never really had any trouble finding a game. I picked it up for cheap last December during the winter sales. I think I paid like 4 bucks for the base game and have since bought all of the dlc. The game and all of the dlc is worth every penny that I paid for it. In my opinion the game and all of the dlc is worth it even at full price. It is probably my best purchase ever because I have had so much fun with it. Just to give you an idea of how much fun I have had with this game steam says that my total playtime is 249.4 hours as of writing this. I would absolutely give the online a shot because if you thought it was neat offline you will probably have a blast online. I simply can't recommend this game enough. Just thought I would throw in my two cents on the subject.

I agree. This is my most played game on steam. I got this from amazon for 3 bux and also own all the dlc. Game does have a great community and is alot more fun online than solo.
