I had no problem returning the DSi XL that had a loose power connection. They do not do replacements, so you will have to make another separate purchase.

Right. The transfer cable for the older Xboxes plugs into the USB port of the newer Xbox and the other end attaches to your old harddrive. The old Xbox 360 isn't even involved.

Sent an email about the Vita and received a response about the missing 4GB card. They said due to personal reasons no items on the site at all are sold with any memory unit or memory card. That's obviously not true, so I tried pointing out that video-game consoles and hand-helds do indeed come with memory units or memory cards. Got another reply stating that, again, no items on the site at all come with any type of memory unit.

Dealing with their customer service is quite annoying. They have Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles listed with hard-drives. I even mentioned them and provided links. They keep denying that any come with a memory device though, I don't know why.

Wow if my 360 comes without the 250gb advertised then I am going to be pissed.

Did it say in the description that it came with a memory card? I didn't get one but then again it didn't say it would.

I got a 8gb card with mine, but it was listed in the notes section. If it doesn't list it, then I don't think that they will come with one.

no man, i been looking cowboom and all ps vita comes without a memory card... you have to read and see what includes... if they tell you, no, we dont include the memory card its because they dont man dont waste their time or yours... they inlcude all the info right there before you make the buy...

I don't think so but here's a awesome browser extension. It pretty much shows a bunch of coupon codes at most websites when you're about to checkout and tells you what they do & how old they are. It's really helpful and I'm pretty sure it's available for every single major browser.

You know how to get it for other browsers other than IE

i bought a grade 5 vita (22 dollars, pretty lucky of me) a few months ago. There was a few hairline scratches on the touchpad and screen. There was also a noticeable scratch on the touchpad. Cowboom told all this in the description box, so i was not really surprised. I had a pretty good first experience with Cowboom overall.

How can a Vita be missing the battery? You have to disassemble the thing to get access.

My sister got so lucky on the 3DS I brought her. I brought her a 3DS grade 5 for $130 and it was in great condition but couldn't connect to the internet. We sent it back and I managed to luckily get a grade 6 3DS Black for $99.

She opened it today and of course its an ambassador 3DS and she can download all 25 of the free games. Great deal for me and her. I saved more money and got more. Love CowBoom!

Wonder if I can get those games on my 3DS and she can still use it on hers. Either way not a big deal, I still have my 3DS games.
