does toys r'us even have all these new releases like sleeping dogs, and etc.. in stock? because i could not even find them during last weeks 2 for $60 sale

Yeah I preordered online. Since the closest TRU is over an hour drive from me I'd have to try calling corporate anyway. I'll give it a shot but not expecting much.

Just called and PMed Darksiders II and Sleeping Dogs that I had for in-store pickup.

I didn't know... never heard of the price drop before now. (I mostly play Xbox so I'm not too keen on things as far as the PS3 goes.)
All I knew is Jak and Daxter Collection had been on my Amazon wishlist since release and just noticed the price drop. When I did a search for it on CAG, it was also listed at Best Buy for $19.99 but the price hadn't changed for GameStop and the other one listed...

Does anyone elses reward zone website page already show the 1000 point pending? mine just has the every day bonus points. Cause my ncaa13 shows the 1000, just not sure when they added it.

update: Wow, i almost jumped the gun rep said they only do instore price match was about to tell him thats not true! Even a bb employee instore told me I had to go online. But then he looked at my silver member status and how long Ive been a member and said I'll do even better and just issued me a $15 rz cert. LOL! Sweettttt

Looks like they are going to just mail me a $10 gift card, but we'll see.

Wow, okay, so "Roshanda" asked me to hold on a second, and then clearly answered her cell phone. She gets off at 3 if anyone else was wondering...

Hung up and trying again.

2nd time around I got a couple of southerners who were "shocked' to hear of Roshanda's antics. Good news though is that I have a $10 gift card in the mail.

When did TRU actually have it listed for $44.99? Remember, in order to get the PM, the actual discounted price has to be showing on the competitor's ad, and it can't be the result of a gift card reimbursement, or a combo offer requiring something else to be purchased.

It was their preorder price on the website.

I had to call twice for my pm too. First time the csr wanted me to bring the physical ad into the store. Got annoyed, hung up, and called again. No problems 2nd time.

Wish they'd just admit they don't know what they're doing, I can understand that. Misinformation and lies bug me though.

I bought nhl 13 online for 45 from TRU can I go to the store and change it to store pickup? I didnt have an option online for store pick-up

All versions of Darksiders 2 require Steam on the PC. The only difference between each version is what additional DLC is included; the base game itself is the same regardless of where you obtain it.

However, there is no Best Buy "Angel of Death" Edition of Darksiders 2 for PC. That promotion was for Xbox 360 and PS3 copies only, even though it was advertised at one point for the PC as well.

Is the 60 day pricematch with Best Buy silver from the date the GAME was ordered or when picked up? I noticed I ordered NCAA 13 on 06/17, but picked up on 07/12. What do they use for the 60 days?

EDIT: Anyone use the Silver RZ line for Pricematch? I tried and he told me to go to the store to PM....what the hell??!? I told him about their policy and he transferred me to nothingness.

Wait do I have to buy Madden 13 AND another game to get $30 from toysrus? What about if that's all I want?

Because if not (and I'm pretty sure it wasn't), then I don't think it even qualifies for price-matching. As far as I remember, the ad that was released the Sunday before Madden 13 was released, it was at full price with a $10 gift card and the free strategy guide offer.

Then again, it really is BB's call, and if you happen to know an employee/manager at BB pretty well, or ARE one, then maybe you could've pulled it off, but I doubt it.

What the...? The second time around, you actually got TWO PEOPLE handling your call? Not simultaneously I hope, becasue that could be even more useless and annoying than "Roshanda." Oh, and thanks for promoting racism (not only here at this forum, but also at BB customer service) by the way.

Also, accepting a $10 GC from BB basically screws you on your sales tax return that you should've gotten when price-matching properly (unless you live in a state w/o sales tax).

so wait, the 30$ gift car from TRU, does that mean id have to get 2 games? because i really wanted to get lego batman 2 for a while, but if i can get a 30$ gift card with just that purchase, i might jump on it, not sure.

is it just one game, or does it have to be a pair with something else? the wording kinda threw me off.
