Good lord. Dungeon Village just ate my evening. Got my 25 cents worth out of it, that's for sure.

So... I'm planning on getting a Nexus 7 this Christmas and I have been buying these $.25 games and apps...

Just a warning: My bank blocked my card yesterday because I did a lot of $.25 transactions (fraud protection) so if you are having problems, just call your bank.

Shark Dash doesn't work for the touchpad apparently.

Wow - my $25 Google Play credit for buying my Nexus seems like a lot more suddenly.

Is there any way to buy any of these apps, if you don't yet have a compatible device?

Most Gameloft games won't work on the touchpad without a little trickery. If you're up to it look into workarounds online. I went the route of changing my build prop and now I can play all the Gameloft games I've gotten except Brothers in Arms which I haven't troubleshot yet. Shark Dash works fine for me. Only other game I had trouble with was Gangs of Rio (or whatever it's called). When it was on sale I wasn't allowed to download it because the device that my build prop is set to isn't allowed to run the game either.

Yeah, no kidding. Spent the last 8 hours playing it. I should really get some sleep now. I find it funny that playing the game makes me lose more battery while charging on my Galaxy S2.

Apparently SwiftKey 3 Keyboard is $0.99 atm, 75% off. It is one of the most popular keyboards for Android. Personally I prefer the relatively unpopular Thumb Keyboard. Added to OP.

My Galaxy s2's battery is awful lately, never charges past 99% Also the Swiftkey 3 app is great, highly recommend, plus its only .99.

SwiftKey 3 is incredible. It's by far the best at prediction and error correction in my opinion which makes it really fast... for two thumb use. I have relatively large hands and prefer one handed use which makes Swype my fastest and favorite keyboard. If SwifKey allowed me to swipe I'd switch immediately. I definitely recommend that people check it out while it's on sale.

Yeah after the last system update, my SII battery life is atrocious. That kind of sucks.
