Thank you for using your new PlayStation®Card from Capital One®.
The more you use it, the more points you’ll rack up! blach blah If you haven't already linked your card etc.

Wondering if I should contact them again..
Same exact thing happened to me. Got the e-mail this morning (with no codes).

My guess would be no.

However. What you could do would be buy $100 worth of points on PSN. This would net you 1000 points on your rewards. if you then spent the $100, you'd be eligable for the $20 back. The 1000 points would get you a $10 card on Sony Rewards. Then you'd get your $50 promotion, for a total of $80.

Spend $100, get $80 back. If I actually had $180 worth of stuff I wanted on PSN, I might do this.

Spending the free $50 in PSN credit counts toward the $100, redeeming the 1 year of PS+ doesn't though since it's a code and not $ from your wallet.

I'd like to have borderlands 2 as well but I know it's not on psn and don't know if it will be.
Well... you have a year to sit on that $50 to see if something worthwhile pops up. If not, then just use it to renew PS+ then. No need to burn it up now and regret it some time between now and next year.

i have the PS card since April. just a note for those planning to get. the points on Sony Rewards are awarded every end of month billing cycle, in my case, every 15th of the month. I use the card on psn games (i buy 10-50$ monthly), and also on daily expenses (food, gas, etc), which rewards me about 10-20$ worth of points monthly. i pay the card full every bill, so i pay no interest.

when using points of sony rewards site, i can't seem to get the psn cards on daytime, always sold-out, but available every midnight till about 8am pst.

Either the link in the email or sign in to the rewards site and hit my account. Then hit playstation card. Then on the right there is a box that says,"already a card member, link your account".

Maybe I'm already linked, then, because all that comes up for me is a list of the benefits (10x points on... etc).

Thanks, I was wondering when I would start seeing the points.

Ive been having the problem others seem to have. They won't send me a verification e-mail and I can't seem to link my card to my account. Should I just call them?

Same here. No verification e-mail(multiple attempts, multiple browsers, and yes, i've added their e-mail to my "safe" list), can't link my card. Every time i try to link, i enter my info, hit submit, and the page just hangs. Sent them an e-mail about the issues, but the auto-reply said two business days, which means Tuesday.

I signed up for the SONY Reward programs via the button that appears after you get approved for the card, and it automatically linked my card--I tried to link it afterwards and it said that it had already been done. Same exact scenario for my wife's card, too.

I made my first purchase on a Sat., and I got an email from SONY Rewards around 4 days later saying that my codes were available.

FYI: the codes don't come in the actual email--all the email does it let you know that they rewards are available on the SONY Rewards website, and that you can go there and get them.

Hope this info. helps.

I sent them an e-mail last night and this morning they e-mailed me back that they verified my account for me and told me to call CS to link my card. Called and it took all of like 5 minutes to do.

I did the same when I applied for a new card. Now they are telling me that my first purchase ($50 to my PSN wallet) only netted me 5000 points. I hope my emails for the $50 voucher and 1 yr PS+ comes before the end of October. Need the $50 to purchase $100 worth of stuff on PSN.

Finally got the confirmation email, now to link the card and make first purchase, is there a "minimum" that the purchase needs to be before I get the bonus points?
